@@BenneWill Saw every Boston area show except 4. The first one at DCU,the second night of ‘21 in Mansfield and the two “final” shows in Boston last year at Fenway.
Thanks for your Kind post !!! Always LOVED going to Boston to see the Jerry n the Boyz !! Want to hear something strange ..... Evidently the GD followed me around this Wonderful country for so many years !!!! Was a little worried till I found out who they were n why they were following me !!! 😂
And how about that "Franklin's?" Check out Donna "fanning" the flames. I also wondered why Mayer was wearing a tablecloth but if the results are jams like that, have at it.
During the 2016 Dead & Company Summer Tour, Donna Jean Godchaux reunited with band members for three stops for only 5 shows. Bonnaroo, Citifield and Fenway. Out of those 5 shows, Music Never Stopped was only performed at 2 shows at Citifield and Fenway, and Terrapin were only performed at 2 shows Bonnarroo and Fenway. This marked the only time Donna played with Mickey Hart, Bill Kreutzmann, and Bob Weir together on the same stage since 1979.
I don’t remember when I first saw/heard Dead & Company, and I don’t recall which 💀 song they performed. It was stunning because of John Mayer. Jerry Garcia was too far gone to diabetes and drugs, but I still didn’t dare to think 🤔 that John Mayer might be or even could be...no, I can’t and won’t say it because it would be a disservice to both guitar 🎸 greats. I love ❤️ the Dead & Company.
I remember the Fare Thee Well tour, and was bummed they had not done more shows. I remember rumors floating around that they would be going on tour again with possibly Trey. When it was announced that John Mayer would be joining up with the band I was real shocked. Never viewed Mayer as being a jam artist. First show I attended DCU Center Worcester, MA November 10th, 2015. I was completely blown away. Then at this show at Fenway just when I thought they couldn't get any better it was so nuts. My final show was Fenway 2017 on the second night. So grateful I got to see Donna at least once in my life time.
Never thought I'd see Donna either. Was at fare thee well and Fenway was out of this world!! Chicago was fun but these where the best shows I went too!

Probably my favorite Peggy O they ever did. It was haunting in person!
Thank you much 👍
"Grateful"ly appreciated for sure.
Later, Peace.
For some reason it won't let me add chapters to the video. Sorry!
I was at this show. I don't remember it being so awesome. Must have had a great time. Thank you for sharing. 🌹💀⚡
So many people love the grateful Dead=and now we have the band call the dead company. At the music of the grateful Dead will never fade away. 🥰
Not fade away!!!!
Awesome! Thanks so much for sharing this! This was my first Dead & Co show!
Donna! Still the most beautiful hair! Love yall!
I wish i had been paying attention for 15 & 16. I only started watching in summer of 17. I missed some.good stuff
Yeah... arguably 15 and 16 were the best shows. I was front row at this one and the atmosphere was sweet.

@@dcfanchris YUP! DCU was my first show. Great version of Dear Prudence. I only saw them in 15, 16, and 17.
I grew up outside of Boston. Never imagined a band playing at Fenway. The band that did?. Dead and Company!.
been a lotta bands that played fenway - like a lot
john’s rhythym playing on Next Time You See Me during Jeffs solo is next level. he is right in the pocket for that one
Amazing 2-nighter! Can't wait for another tour
love donna ❤
Singing in key 🤗
Now that in ear monitors exist@@savethewest8784
Without a doubt the best D&C Dark Star. That it occurred so early in their evolution is a marvel.
I recall us in the audiance totally stunned. We were not expecting St. Stephen to Dark Star.
Beautiful show...
Thanks!
Wooohoo 🙌 someone’s gotta Keep the Mutha Rollin ....Grateful Dead fam Always & Forever
Wow .. one of the last great Dead shows🎉... I don't know what happened to them now 😢

Mayer pours it all in to Casey Jones and Black Muddy River
Wow, what a way to end set 1, Mayer is on fire. I was afraid that PRS might explode
And how about that "Franklin's?" Check out Donna "fanning" the flames. I also wondered why Mayer was wearing a tablecloth but if the results are jams like that, have at it.
Yo this is awesome thanks so much for this vid. Might be alot to ask but u got the video for the next night 7-16-16 ???
I do. Just haven't had time to upload it yet.
John’s outfit…. I couldn’t get away with it works for him
Oooooofff! That Darkstar is tasty as hell! Boooobbbbbbbyyyyyyy!
Terrapin slowed down...it sends me...!
The gangs (mostly) all here
LOV E!
well someone could have told Mayer to not wear pajamas. If it were one piece it would work well as a tablecloth :D))
He can wear a tablecloth all he wants if it helps him play rip it up the way he does here. Oh my GAWD, what a Franklin's!
It’s better than Jerry’s beat up black t-shirt

Incredible concert. Mayer at his very best.
