UPDATE: Both foundations performed better using a moisturising primer. I used Charlotte Tilbury’s Beautiful Skin Concealer and had much less caking and breaking up compared with using Haus Labs yesterday. These areas still aren’t perfect but they nearly are! For my skin right now that’s a good result. I still prefer the new foundation.

Thank you. Im really enjoying the new one. I did add an update in the description. I think both work better with a primer. I used the Freck beauty primer and the Onesize Secure the Glow. Both are moisturising and grippy primers.
I have both of these and the Reboot. I love the new one. But both of the others are good too 😂😂

I am exactly the same shade as you in this foundation. The thing that puts me off buying it is it doesn't seem terribly full coverage. I am very much a fan of fuller coverage
Yes it’s definitely not giving full coverage, I’ve since built it up a bit more trying other primers but it only just reaches the medium coverage point. It’s tricky as we age as our skin tends to prefer lightweight foundations or skin tints but they do offer less coverage at a time when a lot of us are looking for more coverage. ❤️
@@hanbeauty101 Yes definitely. Doublewear is a tricky beast to use with age. But the Louboutin is the best full coverage one I have found since
@@twoleftfeet9626I’m struggling to get it to work on me, it keeps breaking up even with different primers and SPFs underneath. I tried it today with no primer and it still broke up. I think I need a tretinoin break as this is happening a lot lately so might be my skin. I’ll keep trying before filming a review as I want to be fair to the foundation.
@@hanbeauty101 try it without a sunscreen, that might be the culprit? I find it works very well with the Hourglass vanish primer. FOundations normally break up on me very easily, and this is one of the very few that doesn't
