I made Pionono stuffed w/ "Dulce de leche" (milk caramel sauce)

I became obsessed with the Pionono these past weeks and this is the result ... and with an additional experiment 🤫🤯
INGREDIENTS
Pionono:
- 4 large Eggs.
- 45 grams of all purpose flour (1/4 cup approx.)
- 40 - 60 grams of granulated sugar. (1/3 - 1/2 cup approx.)
- 1 tablespoon of Honey
- 1 teaspoon of Vanila extract.
* To make the Dulce de leche, I used a 395 grams can of condensed milk.
