Turmeric powder---------------------- 1/8tsp
Asafoetida powder ------------------1/8tsp
Fennel powder-------------------------1/2tsp
Pepper powder----------------------- 1/8tsp
Garlic-------------------------------------- 4 cloves
Kashmiri chilli powder----------- 2 1/2tsp
Gram flour----------------------------- 6tbsp
Rice Flour -----------------------------2tbsp
Curry leaves--------------------------as required

എന്തൊരു easy ആയിട്ടു ഉണ്ടാക്കിയത്. ഞാൻ ഇന്നലെ ചേച്ചിടെ ചിക്കൻ ബിരിയാണി ഉണ്ടാക്കിയത്. എളുപ്പത്തിൽ ഉണ്ടാക്കാനും പറ്റി. Tasty ആയിരുന്നു. കോഴിക്കോട് ഞങൾ കൈമ or ജീരകശാല rice യൂസ് ചെയ്യുന്നത്. ഞാൻ കൈമ റൈസ് കൊണ്ടാണ് ഉണ്ടാക്കിയത്. Lemon pickle സൂപ്പർ ആയിരുന്നു. ചെറിയ കൈയിപ്പ് ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നുള്ളു.

Follow this method. Cook over medium flame. Doesn't soak up oil. It will take 5-7 minutes. But timing always varies depending on your cookware, flame etc.
