Hi, do you have a video on how to store food for a longer time - like 5 or 10 years????

      Grain stores for a decade
In the brown paper sacks u buy it in
I’ve used it n it was fine
      Beans will store too
      Just take longer to cook
N make sure u soak them 24 hrs first ofc
Grains need to soaked first also before using ofc
I have new plastic or metal garbage cans I store both in, in their sacks. Then as I open a sack, I store the food in buckets. Less buckets needed or in play. Keep garbage lids on tight n no rodents get in.

Please link the Cacao you use for chocolate milk? Seems like most of them have high levels of lead and cadmium. Thank you

My pantry..well, the spouse calls it the food bunker 😆It's mostly grains and beans. Freeze dried veggies. Some emergency meats, mostly turkey and tuna. Grains-sustain. ☺

Not tryna be mean. But it’s hard for some of us to prep and preserve food when we live with someone that thinks they need to eat everything and they eat like a goat. I mean if you live with someone that eats even when they’re not hungry like how?! If I make a meal to last a week then they wunna eat everything up in one day and expect me to cook something new every day. I hate cooking after work. I just wunna relax. I have no need to eat like that when I sit all day at work. I’m small. But this person is huge and they move around at work more than I have to but they’re getting bigger and bigger. Like how?!🤬
Make a video on how to hide food from big backs or how to prep things they can just warm up and throw down their throat in 1.0 seconds. They refuse to cook most of the time. So I figure if they have to work to eat then I can prep and store food long term.
