Where did you find this out? Because I'm looking online and can't find anything about the Spongebob in Tehran cast, and the only result I'm getting for a Persian voice actor is a guy named Mohammad Reza Solati, and based on the Wiki articles, it says nothing about him being in jail or anything about his personal life for that matter.
