@@ProfessorHeatherAustin I've seen a common trend of folks that might've lost their jobs last year that when job seeking, many take the shotgun approach - they apply everywhere. On one hand, you cast a wider net, law of numbers, etc. However, they're not focusing much on any one opportunity to tailor their message (or resume) the right way to that company / difficult to do effective interview prep. So its a difference of "put your eggs in many baskets" or "put your eggs in a few baskets, and watch those baskets closely". What are your thoughts? You might already have a video on it. :)
