Yes, its the Harbor Freight one, I have a video where I assembled and reviewed it. Its been great so far!

GAAAA! I'm a little way into a rebuild of an '84 XLX and I was looking for pipes like that! Where'd you get them? I couldn't find any so just bought some black drags.

These are from lowbrow customs, its called there shotgun exhaust. I just looked and I only see the chrome version on their site now. Good luck with the build!
