- I've been using this gun since I was level 30 or something, I haven't been able to find anything more reliable. Problem is, I have to watch the same reload animation constantly. So, I had some fun and just animated something different.

I spent so long in that frat house and hearing this on loop non stop was starting to drive me insane. i only JUST got it out of my head. WHY DID YOU HAVE TO BRING IT BACK!? AAAAAA!

I prefer the legendary pump-action shotgun from the Blue Ridge event (where you need to protect the small predator repeller)
it has a high reload speed, an explosion on hit, damage and AoE that are improved by perks and a built-in poison that quickly kills light enemies even if slightly hit by the explosion (yes, the explosion also applies poison)

*Me giving 50 stimpacks, 20 radway and a full set of x-01 to a random new player and saying "good luck"
I used to run a general store (decorated 1X1 box with a vending machine, crafting tables, and defenses to rival Normandy due to the ghoul spawns) it had a custom sign (I used the white plain labels to make a ribbon shaped decoration, and the free states sign as the background)
I would make level appropriate items for new spawns, and gift them bows, grenades, Bowie knives, and freshly cooked food, and some of the preserved stuff like cram or instamash. They could eat the fresh food, and have some cram for the road ahead.
🤓uh but actually new players can't use the x-01 power armor it's too high level for them

@@Nein1ron I straight up made a hunting store and shoved anything I didn't want that could had been remotely useful, like weapons with at least 2 decently useful stats and prefixes.
inhale: 150 bottles of buffout, 150 suringes of phyco, and addictol, 210 inhalers of jet, a ludicrous amount of every other drug, and a very powerful melee weapon.
Shotguns that sound straight up like thunder is coming from the barrel(s) are peak weapon and sound design, I don't care what anyone says.

Considering all of the other strange stuff there already is in the wasteland, coast to coast, I suppose it wouldn't be THAT weird.
It's the fallout world, aka, a world where creepy floating machines being controlled by brains exist, I don't think that this would be too weird

Shout out to the legendary wendigo that got hit by one of the stray pellets from across the map and is now quickly making its way to Layzuh's position.
There's something about the fact that the combat shotgun and combat rifle models look very similar to each other irks me in that they look the same, but also kinda cool that a real world gun manufacturer might do just that cause why fix what ain't borken when designing a new rifle/shotgun.
Its Ak logic at its finest. Tho i wish the combat rifle actually felt like a rifle.
the problem with "not fixing what ain't broken" is that a: shotguns and rifles are entirely different guns, they pretty much have to be designed differently and b: gun design automatically doesn't make sense in bethesda games
@@randomperson-qj1oq gun design didn't make a lot of sense in Fallout to begin with.
Bethesda has never made a fully functional game I doubt they will ever understand what a basics of a gun could be
@@peppermillers8361 ye idk what is up with betheda and guns, sometimes you get a realy good almost perfect rifle or guns based off scraped military tech, other times they call a semi automatic hand gun a revolver.
Half of Bethesda's animation team will never emotionally recover from this.

Blind-firing towards the forest, I half-expected a random hit-mark and noise, followed by a very pissed off monster growl, then some HP regen due to gun description.
A "I'm testing this" to an "aww shit, here we go again" moment, if you will.

Bethesda's animations aren't much competition, but this is really good and a million times better.
They really need to rework them for Fallout 76. I'm tired of every gun being left-handed too (hunting rifle, AK, AR-15, SMG, everything is left-handed and animated as such).

I don't really use shotguns other than the Kabloom. Even then it's more of a backup weapon because I run heavy guns and power armor. However I am trying to make a shotgun build with one of my other characters because shotguns are FUN.
Edit: might get rid of the Kabloom. you can POISON YOURSELF WITH THE EXPLOSIVE EFFECT
So is fermenting Nukashine. I love changing the RGB sliders on my game after drinking it.

One of my favorite weapons in Fallout 4. An absolute monster in head to head combat and a good backup weapon on Melee Builds.
He made this video because he became fond of this shotgun from playing 76, which is why he calls it the fallout 76 combat shotgun instead of the fallout 4 shotgun.
Damn, if this is what the animations were like on this shotgun, I'd probably use it more, from a fallout fan. This is excellent, thank you.

I just thought of a shotgun idea for a game.
You press LT (M2) to pump it, then press RT (M1) to shoot it, but you pump it multiple times, and shooting it shoots all the shells you've pumped all at once.
I could see Layzuh Catz surviving pretty well in the fallout universe.
