Thank you sooo very much for doing this video. So many wig manufacturers make their grays without any dimension. I don’t like flat gray colors and I prefer shadow shading over the rooted colors. My bio hair is gray and silver. I’ve been waiting for these type colors. Thank you again. 🦊
Thanks, Taz! I’m always in the market for an unrooted gray, and the options you’ve shown are very pretty. I decided several years ago to grow out my gray hair and now I don’t wear anything but grays. I like to pull out my own hair at my temples and around my ears for a more realistic look.
I love all the shades shown, I just wish they came in more wigs and especially ones with a lace front and full mono top as well as the fully hand tied caps.
Mist and Moonlight are beautiful, but my favorite is Ice Granita. Yes, more greys. I would love to see Ice Granita in a long style. Thanks Taz!! Happy Mothers Day! ♥️
I love the uprooted grays. When going gray most women I know don’t have dark roots. I really appreciate your videos. You are so informative and give me motivation to try new styles.
WOW😵 Mist is stunning!! Kristen looks gorgeous on you…of course, you look fabulous in all 4 styles. You look like a young Lynda Carter in the Peppercorn…but prettier🥰 These gray shades look very natural♥♥♥♥
But love love love gray UNROOTED! I’m 70 and colors and daytime roots look Halloween-ish on women that you KNOW darn 7:36 well are gray, but wigs offer such beautiful shades of gray. I have many shades of gray but despise the tooted ones…do fake
Yes Taz would love to see more unrooted grays! Love Kristen in Mist but wish it was a little shorter layered and shattered bob style. You look absolutely beautiful in Kristen! Love all your reviews! ❤
I cannot thank you enough! It is so difficult to determine colors from swatches, and have been searching for unrooted. My children are complaining about my current gorgeous colors, as I look their age, and too pretty! Lol
Good afternoon Taz. I have many grays (Moonstone, Iced Granita, Roca Margarita, Lunar Haze, Silver Stone) but they’re all rooted which I seem to prefer. I tried a non-rooted color once but couldn’t gravitate to it. Maybe some day. I love how JR incorporated gray into Peppercorn. Genius! Creating these amazing colors are a true art form that we probably don’t fully appreciate and take for granted sometimes. Wigs and wig colors have come so far, it’s mind boggling. Thank you Taz, and enjoy your day tomorrow. Happy Mother’s Day to all the Mothers. ✨💖✨
Yes, please! More unroofed greys. Sand could you address how you deal with the white wefting in many of the grey colors…I have trouble with Silverstone in Noriko/Rene of Paris styles especially. Thank you!
Thank you Taz! I’d love to see more unrooted grays. I do love roots, but being fair and in my 60s they just don’t suit my skin tone very well. I so hope wig designers, including Belle Tress, take note 🤞
Totally agree ,who do you know with brunette hair that would want to get their hair tinted grey, aging themselves 10 years and then letting the roots grow out for 6weeks ,not to mention that all the colors with rooted tints show up the knots and grids too much.I would like manufacturers to offer more choice, highlights low lights mixed shades yes. Roots showing tacky and lazy.
I love grey and silver wigs, but I like them rooted so that you can't see the wefts which tend to be white. I could see the wefts in front easily in several of the wigs shown. Happy Mother's Day!
Ellen color is perfect for me. Looks much like my own hair, though I’m still a little dark brown in the back. Looks wonderful on you! I just found your channel and Subscribed. Still looking. So hard to decide online, thank you for all these videos.
Uprooted greys l think look more natural. I was sceptical to start off with about you wearing greys. No problem at all the third wig was just outstanding and looked so Beautiful on you. Thank you for showing three lovely wigs. I hope l am sometime away though from having to choose greys. ❤❤
Thanks for the comments Linda! I do not wear greys in my normal life, mostly just blondes. But its fun to show the different colors to help everyone out there wearing greys. Blessings! 🥰😍😍
I have to say that when I reach the point of wanting to transition to gray, its nice to see more dynamic colors! My grandparents both had solid white as snow hair, but my grandfather, from about the age of 18 had a silver streak right down the middle of his hair. I loved his hair, he had beautiful natural curl and like most men in his generation, he slicked it all straight back. His hair looked like beautiful waves going all the way back his head. Funny but you NEVER daw a hair out of place, even when he stopped using products, but as little kids, all of the grandchildren & great grandchildren understood that you could wrestle & tickle etc, but DO NOT mess up his hair LOL!!! Ahhh what memories. I would rather get an all white wig than gray I think. Probably because I have always been blonde. Have a wonderful Mothers Day! It's a rough day for me, but all us moms deserve a lil something special to mark that day, even if its just taking some me time. Hugs! XOXO
My favorite unrooted grays are definitely more the dark blondes transitioning to gray like 101F48T/Martini from John Renau and Silverstone by Tony of Beverly, not as silvery gray as the ones you've shown, but probably one stage before total gray (except Peppercorn, which is an ultra-natural black to dark brown going gray very gracefully). I do like Mist, though, very pretty. Tressallure also has a 92 and four other non rooted grayssome nice grays last I checked. These are much more dynamic than they used to be, aren't they? Have a lovely Mother's Day! ~Cynthia
Great ideas and feedback on these colors! I did a video on "slightly silver" colors including Martini, I love that color too! Happy Mothers Day to you, Cyn! 🥰🥰🥰
Thank you for this video! It’s very hard to tell what a gray wig will look like from the tiny color choices offered on the website selections. My bio hair is salt and pepper but my sides and temples are white. I gave up coloring my hair years ago as the sides/ temples always grew out too fast. So, I went to covering them with cover up powder every time I wore my wigs, which I’ve grown tired of as well. These colors can blend with my bio hair without fear of showing and no upkeep 😊😊
Thanks for this, Taz! Mom wants to transition to grays, but she said the choices with dark roots just don’t make sense for older women. Btw, she’s now looking at what Jane Fonda wears for inspiration cuz Jane said she wears wigs now . . . 😀😀😉
Please add more no roots Grey's, can't see enough styles of those "no roots" showing us how beautiful & natural they look on the model. Classy & modern. Keep them coming
Tazz, i really liked this video because I'm trying to learn what greys are not rooted. I would also like to see some of the nonrooted blonde to Grey's.. I'm older so I would like to see wigs that are not longer than 10"..❤
Amen. White and grey wig wearers do not normally like roots. Thanks for this, Taz. Now it they would just offer some mid length WHITE (unrooted) wigs with a LARGE cap. There are practically none on the market. And I prefer the monofilament types rather than those with permatease.
Still such a struggle. I’m brunette (or I was when I last saw my hair in 1985) and many of these grays look BLUE to me. I wish there was a peppercorn type choice for my auburn coloring. Nice video though!
Yes for more UNrooted Greys please. If the designers/manufacturers would tone down the rooted (not the harsh darkest rooted on greys). I have both uprooted and a rooted that I added lightly Lilac tone shade ink dye to the roots.. It's the only way to rescue my wig, from permanently sitting in the box, unwearable). I liked the color "MIST" the best preferred, as I don't care for graduating light grey shading to darker Charcoals & brown salt pepper in the back of neck. I was always a light blonde, and my white grey came in with my blonde. I wear white shaded wigs as well. I really love the artic shades, on January & Astrid (blue/teal Glacier 💙💙💙)!!
Hey Taz, do you see that color available anywhere? Thats my favorite of the unrooted greys. Been looking at Belle Tress Santa Barbara Oyster Grey And that Jon Reneau Kristie 39/51/60 MISTY, which I cant find either. HELP!!!
Direct product links are listed below each video. If you need more help, please email support@wigstudio1.com. They are happy to help get you the color you're looking for:-) XOXO
my hair looks so much like the 2nd wig, I finally got a haircut (short shag) and my grey has taken over except some darker in the back lol. I love that wig. Debating now whether to color my hair again or not. I really like the first short wig also. Why would they root a grey? Grey is usually the 'root' people dye their hair to get away from lol. Thank you for showing some greys as those swatches on the wig websites are just awful and really don't how pretty these grey wigs are
Everyone has their likes& dislikes& preferences, but, I don’t understand why anyone would want gray hair. There are so many beautiful colorations to choose from that are more flattering than gray. But to each their own . I love the rooted in the younger colors. Gray itself looks silly rooted unless salted with white & looks striking too. But plain gray, can’t do. Just my opinion. 😊
Yes yes yes!!!!!! Finally some unrooted grays. Finally the wig makers are listening to us gray haired ladies. Dark roots look absurd on us.
🙏🏻🥰🌷🤗
Exactly! I could never make sense of the gray wigs w/ dark roots. It would be the opposite, right? 😀
I would really enjoy seeing more videos on gray wigs. Thank you, Taz!
Thank you!! XOXO
Yes, love to see more unrooted gray.
I'll show them as I get the opportunities! I appreciate the comments Joan! XOXO
Yes! I Iove unrooted grays! Thank you so much for showing these.
🙏🏻🤩🌷
Yes please. Love seeing the grays.
Thank you! XOXO
Hallelujah! Kristen is my favorite here. Would love to see more non-rooted non-graduated greys. Great review, Taz!
Thanks Carol! XOXO
Hi Taz, love these gray wigs, especially KRISTEN. Happy Mother's Day to you and your viewers. God bless
Thank you Sara! 🙏🏻🥰🌷

Yes! Unrooted gray is much more believable. Thx!
Thank you so very much for good lighting & non rooted gray reviews! EXCELLENT! love mist & kristin on you also
Thank you sooo very much for doing this video. So many wig manufacturers make their grays without any dimension. I don’t like flat gray colors and I prefer shadow shading over the rooted colors. My bio hair is gray and silver. I’ve been waiting for these type colors. Thank you again. 🦊

I love all the shades shown, I just wish they came in more wigs and especially ones with a lace front and full mono top as well as the fully hand tied caps.
Thanks for the comments!
Yes! finally something that looks natural and that we can wear. Thank you.
So happy to see non rooted grays!! Thank you Taz! Love and blessings ♥️🙏
😄🤩🥰🌷
I like all 4 of them. But my fav is also Mist. Thanks for showing this.
I definitely would like to see more, especially in the wavy style.
Thank you! XOXO
Lovely to see all the options Taz hope the brands keep them coming 👍
Yes, I hope they're listening to all of you! XOXO
Mist and Moonlight are beautiful, but my favorite is Ice Granita. Yes, more greys. I would love to see Ice Granita in a long style. Thanks Taz!! Happy Mothers Day! ♥️
Thank you so much, Sandra!! XOXO
Iced Granita is my favorite too, although a close second is Jon Renau’s Oyster.
@@janishuey3639 is that color light in the front and gradually goes a little darker? I don't think i have seen that color before.
Yes, look at RW wigs in grey.
Yes! More unrooted grays please😊
I love the uprooted grays. When going gray most women I know don’t have dark roots. I really appreciate your videos. You are so informative and give me motivation to try new styles.

I have “Kristi” by Jon Renau in Mist and I love it!
Yes, it would be so lovely! XOXO

Like to see more! I would like a transition from British Milk Tea to silver ish…
Thanks for the comments, Carol! XOXO
Yes..how about short pixie unrooted gray styles⁉️😊
Last one was best
Yes, please! More unroofed greys. Sand could you address how you deal with the white wefting in many of the grey colors…I have trouble with Silverstone in Noriko/Rene of Paris styles especially. Thank you!

FINALLY, grey wigs with no dark roots!, dark roots on grey screams WIG. thank you for your beautiful examples,

Welcome! Thank you for the comments! XOXO
My hair is pretty much white with hints of pale blonde. I'd love to see some unrooted options for that :)
Thanks so much! XOXO
Would love to see a similar updated version of this. We older women have gray roots not dark. Thank you.
Many brands are coming out with non rooted grays. I will show them as often I have the opportunity! XOXO
Yes please❤

Please add more no roots Grey's, can't see enough styles of those "no roots" showing us how beautiful & natural they look on the model. Classy & modern. Keep them coming
I think the black one looks best on you
My favorite is Kristen in Mist. Although these are all beautiful but I do prefer a root on my grays. Do any of these have that option?
Love this channel! Are these low density?
Yes, these in particular seem to be light density styles XOXO
Wish you would have noted if any of them cam in petite

Yes - we older ladies can’t blend our front white hairs with the dark rooted wigs. Especially on the front sides.
Finally just don’t get ones that look blue
