He's actually talking about the tactics of the entire game instead of just saying how the "boys were fantastiCCCC"
‘You can talk about tactics all day eh, but really football it’s about running, blocking, tackling and desire’ 🤣
@@MrJonnyl123 did Ole said that?😂

I really like how he's annoyed by small things like that 5metre pass between the lines and square passes infront of the defence. This guy has a clear vision of how he wants the team to play
I really like how when he said 'energy levels' he instantly looked at the bottle of Gatorade ⚡
Tbh, when I played at school you’d get a bollocking for square passes on the edge of the area.
Refreshing... Ole would have said he was happy with that

This man is on some type of elite football level
yea dude, other level ish
Rangnick is so succinct in his press conferences and gives a neutral analysis of the games.

I really like this man to lead MUFC team. He is confident and knowledgeable in both tactical and mentality.
Love how he names players directly whether its a compliment or a criticism. Can't feel bad about the result after you hear his perspective
I like how different it is from Jose naming players - Jose was toxic and him critiquing players was to justify his own ego - Ralf is very analytical and truly embodies his "Professor" nickname
Can't believe many plastic fans want this guy to get out after a match that ended a draw where it was a chance for him to analyze the other remaining players apart from the main line up. From there, he can determine which players who were not in the starting line up deserve to be in it.
@@eduardosalamanca3398 facts the football fans nowadays have become too reactionary. They don't understand even a bit of the plan and don't understand anything, better to ignore them
@@eduardosalamanca3398 fans want him out already? 😄😄. When should won like 4 but poor finishing. To add to Amad and Mata's chance, Elanga missed a sitter also. The chances where there but poor finishing
@@uncleseekx Yeah. I'm aware of that. We had poor finishing. But, regardless, even though we were deploying our 3rd team, we did not play as bad as the plastic fans thought given that this match was used as an oportunity by Ralf to analyze which players deserve to be in the starting line up for the upcoming games.
Giving Tom Heaton his debut was a really, really respectful and heartwarming gesture. Heaton during his interview did tear up a little and I feel he really appreciated that from the boss.

I just love watching this man speak. He speaks with so much confidence and wisdom.
_"We had the chance to not only clear the ball, but play the ball forward twice, we didn't therefore we gave them the opportunity to score the equalizer"_ *this guy isn't messing around.*
When Klopp says (with a big smile) if Ralf comes to United other clubs should be worried. You should understand he isn't joking
Liverpool definitely wont be worried they beat milan serie a leaders with 8 changers including kids, where as utd could only draw against a poor young boys team, and all of a sudden they can compete with the big 3 again, 😄😄🤭🤡
@@barrybarnett731 We got beaten by that young boys when we played with our strongest squad. And now we were able to play a draw with complete young and different team against the same young boys. THATS A POSITIVE
@@barrybarnett731 he's been the manager for just a week but still we can see the improvement in the team. Kloop is there for 4 or 5 years for Liverpool. It will take time for rangnick to bring the best out of his team
@@barrybarnett731 big 6*
@@barrybarnett731 you should go see the video where Klopp actually said this. This comment wasn't even about UTD competing for the top 3. But since you bring it up. Ralf will bring postive change to the club and they definitely will be competing for the top again. It won't happen over night, just the same way it didn't happen with Klopp at Liverpool, however eventually it did happen for Liverpool and it will for United
I like how he treats a draw as a loss because i can see he isn't that happy when 7 out of 11 of them were academy graduates and so inexperienced. Ralf knows what needs to be done. We have standards now and not just vibes !!
Rangnick is something special, many would say "normal", but even SAF was never this articulate, so we have a manager with a vision who intelligently processes everything. There can be no complaints now, and TBH, if he can get results he should stay manager for at least another year (18 mths) to bed in his philosophies and hard wire the team and staff. You don't put a proactive visionary behind a desk. Sure, the Glazers might!!!!
Sir Alex wouldn't want to chat about tactics for fear of giving something away. His only philosophy was winning & whatever it took.
SAF was totally secretive on his tactics....he simply just gave results...
@@prakashm1468 agree. He once even lied about his players' injury progress(cmiiw)
What manager would be ‘articulate’ about his tactics to an interviewer🤣 That’s just stupid
SAF knew what he was doing, he had a solution or catch for every game situation
can't get enough of this guy, he is technical & tactical......liked the part of making Greenwood athletic enough to b a regular team player, meanwhile, Ole's first XI has Greenwood
he speaks like an absolute expert of the game wisdom combined with knowledge. how he spoke about greenwood not just praising him but also pointing out his weaknesses and how he plans to work on making him the best that he can be. that's all i wanted to hear! we need to develop players and see them progress every year... look at marcus lingard and tony? we can all agree that they have stopped improving for years! i just hope this man can fix that for us. best of luck to you Ralf.
Why people forget Lingard isn't young anymore...
He's going to turn 29 soon lol
How refreshing to hear a manager finally speaking and discussing tactics rather than the usual crap and "that's football" bulls***
Fine margins as well bro 😂😂😂😂
We will bounce back😁
Fine margins, that’s football with his useless laugh, and fantastic
That's how a passionate manager speaks, something i missed at United.
Ralf is an intelligent man and he knows how to explain his methods and he demands more from his players, instead of congratulating players like Ole and Carrick did.Ralf is a perfectionist and he will not be happy until he achieves his goals of turning united into a success story once again..
What a humble soul, he listens and knows exactly what he's talking about. This guy is going to make a great 11 and bring glory back to Old Trafford..Respect
In Ralf we trust 👑
We did it see a lot of Young Boys at the field today, also pleased with Baily's perfomance ❤
So many youngsters will never forget this
The way he's tactically explaining things and not trying to hide from any fact and saying every truth on face, it's just amazing to have him....
Well now the enemy team know our tactics.. i think he should be more secretive
This man gives you so much confidence.
Glad he actually pointed out Greenwood's weaknesses rather than just say he's great. The English press would like you to see him as the finished article but he needs refinement to become the best player he can.
Greenwood scored and created the best chances for United to score. Not sure why y'all criticising him. He should be starting over Rashford.
@@Oldheadontheblock nobody learns by being told they're perfect and we don't need players whose ego is so fragile that they can't take criticism. Greenwood can improve his game and Rangnick identified what he believes he needs to do. You're arguing some different point that I didn't make. Criticism is fine so long as it's constructive.
I think he knows exactly what ha wants. Sounds very confident. Hope it all turns out great for us and for him!
What a gem. He even listened to the goalkeeper coach suggestion to play Tom Heaton. Hats off RR
not many expected to win today giving the line up could tell it was just to try out the younger lads, but overall it's very refreshing to see a manager not afraid to rotate his sqaud
Ole would never have the guts to try this. Ralf is a pro. Had the confidence.
@@soulkiller12 Exactly that. I bet Heaton was sat there thinking "I'm never playing for United with Ole here" .. second match with Ralf and he makes his debut. Mad
When i saw the line up....it brought the memories of ferggie back. He knows the right time to rotate his players
@@soulkiller12 agreed, he would not have given the players( some of them i never heard youngsters ) the chance to prove and they would have got rusted...

This guy is so articulate. I love him
Honestly, i love how he gave opportunities to those who don't really get game time. He also states the the positives and the negatives, not some brushing statement, not some " they will do better". He states what it is. Love to see it

I was actually disappointed to hear his greenwood comments. He should have said, I expect great things from him and hopefully he can continue to give me selection headaches cause the boy is technically great. We need to develop his athleticism and if we succeed he will likely end up a club legend
I was always confident about him and he proves that he knows what he is doing and the fact that he try to develop the team he will surely give us the results we all want.
I didn't watch the match. But now I know I've got someone from within the club who could perfectly summarize the match for me, like a fellow fan would 😀
That Mason GOAL was out of this world ....GGMU
Great goal again from Mason. But such a stupid question (typical from English media) to compare him to Haarling who’s one of the best strikers in the World, not just his age. Mason is no where near that level (yet)!
It was a stupid question. That is how they kill players development
Very happy for all those who got some long awaited game time yesterday and especially for the youngsters who made their debut. It's a smart move from the manager to do that in a CL game as it's a big occasion for them but at the same time with no pressure as it wouldn't affect their confidence if their performance wasn't great because the team has already qualified top of the group. Wise man management from the new boss.
Ralf is iron man this guy is accurate af
He‘s german…. 🤓
He said, 'what annoyed him most', loving him 🔥🔥🔥, says exactly what he means and raw
Honest, attention to detail and glad to hear him not giving template answers.

Ralf is an incredible coach who plays tactics like no other. As a Man U fan I'm finally relaxed 🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂
Now this is a real press conference where what my coach said actually has some weight to it! I don't even bother watching press conference last year after some of the things ole said lol
I am so happy that moron is finally out of the club! Now when we have a proper manager we can see how incredibly bad smeagol really was
You were receiving boys were fantastic
Ole was unintelligent
Actually makes me wanna watch the PRESSers this man🥲
What I love about this manger is that he knows exactly what he’s saying, what he wanted to do and where they went wrong..
Love this guy. He s not going to leave any
stone unturned in his quest to improve this team
If I hadn’t known this guy’s history & potential here now at MU, then solely based on these few press conferences & post match interviews, I’d turn his consultancy 2 years into manager. And I know his history & future potential.
Dude is just in control.

RR has now seen all his weapons in competition and will begin to bring greatness back to MU.
So lucky we have him as our manager.
Still hasn't seen pogba, cavani or varane properly yet either
CLASSY MANAGER, I LOVE HIM ALREADY! VIVA RALF!
Thank you on your remark on Greenwood. The English media has presented him as the next best thing since slice bread but I knew he is yet the finish article. Ole would have ruin him. Please get him up to speed so he can become the best version of himself
Greenwood might not play as much as before but I think he’ll improve regardless. Love to hear from the manager that his technical ability and talent won’t be enough to play all the time. All this will benefit Greenwood in the end 👌🏻
@@carlitr0hx he also needs to learn to press defenders. He doesn't do that
@@justemeka he scored and created the best chances in the game. Give him a break. At least he's more influential and talented than Rashford.
@@Oldheadontheblock I want the best for him. He needs to press.
Ole discover greenwood and promoted him from the academy stop this revisionist nonsense
Missed the big players during the match but extremely happy on knowing how he rested them and gave others an opportunity to show their credentials... Pressing games need a lot of rotation later and these young boys got their bits to be prepared for the next games
So glad he's seen the talent which is Juan Mata, I remember going to a Newcastle game and spent most of the time just watching him, just a shame he's getting on now but think he could definitely make a difference with the few year he's got left at the top level if Ralf uses him. I also get the impression that Ralf isn't too impressed with the fitness levels overall throughout the squad, as hes mentioned the drop in energy a few times in this and the last 2 games he's watched. I'm sure if the players buy into his philosophy he'll do big things for us, but I do get the impression he's equally as unimpressed with things as much as impressed, exciting times ahead. GGMU
Finally a manager that can actually talk about the game
That’s our Manager and Most Important Coach , Totally agreed with his assessment of Game !
AWB shown up tonight, Matic also. I Like what RR said about Greenwood.
I'm liking this guy.
@Simon Sez Yes exactly..i always thought that about Greenwood as well..Greenwood is a fantastic player, technical ability second to none..but he only really needs to be more athletic, he looks like he's tired or lethargic always, especially when the game wears on...i really like what RR said about him also and giving an insight about what aspect that needs to be developed about Greenwood, that shows a real experienced coach who knows exactly what he's doing!
@Flame Puppet Very true
Bissaka and matic played terribly they lost the ball 90% of the time they got it
Ragnick now know who needs to go,and who needs to stay
This guy is a football philosopher!!
He reminds me of one of my highschool teachers , he was a serious but a nice person , really smart and educated
This man oooooozes class 👏
I really like the tone he's setting at the club that anyone can get a chance to play its all about how you perform. I feel like once they're competing with eachother to start, this poor attitude and work rate we've had will be gone
He is a man makes us calm even with this squid. Unfortunately we did'nt see this on Ole. All the time he said "we were improving". Ralf you deserve credits man i think we will achieve our goal with you. Come on United❤❤❤
Great man
Give him some time. It's hard to build the team in the middle of competition. Right now he's still build the foundation of the "house". Don't compare united now with team that the "house" already build perfectly like Liverpool, city or Chelsea. Of course we're still far from title contender, but maybe we're going to the right direction. Hopefully with strong foundation, next manager can perfected them into fully functioning "house".
Absolutely loving Ralf! I have trust in this man he doesn't talk nonsense he knows what he is aiming for and I am fully enjoying it. I could listen to him talk all day it's so refreshing to hear
Ralf is a gem, indeed. I'm especially in love with his honesty in analysing the team's performance. I, too, observed that the team's display against YB's reflected that of Ole's era!
This man knows ball
German’s can really capture your attention with their words, no puns intended.
Ralf knows this job, he’s the man I love what he said about Greenwood and Erling
I like how he says what he is not pleased about in a game. he has a plan and seem to know how to execute it. I pray it all works out well. i love his mentality about developing the players.
He’s great and so straight forward.. my only draw back is I don’t like him telling the press our tactics every week.. giving out too much info
This guy answers questions like someone who knows what he's talking about. The other one nearly killed us by saying " the lads" every 12 seconds.
