Girl!! Im 59 years old … I have story after story. Really I could write a book. I wish we had all the stuff y’all have, like RUclips and internet. Almost everyone I new was skinny but growing up with a Mexican dad and we always eat Mexican food. I always heard your so pretty, beautiful but if you would loose weight. So I always, even tell now I struggle. Had weight surgery. Lost then gain it back. Now on keto and I struggle. Lost 75 lb and gain 20 back. Now Im back again on keto and started fasting again. Im my worst enemy. I have a son graduating in may. I cant be old and fat. I need help from my self. I feel like I’m never good enough. I pray that I will do it this time. Thank you for the help. I know you know how I feel. ❤
My whole adult life was losing 30 gained 40 losing 20 gained 25. I think I finally realized the faster I loose isn’t good for me. I restricted myself way too much to loose fast but I couldn’t maintain. The last 3 months I’ve lost 25 eating low carb. My a1c went from 12 to 7. I’m not weighing myself often because I get too discouraged. It’s a lifestyle change not a diet. I had to get a whole new mindset. Thanks so much for your channel. You have helped me so much!❤️
I agree with "Its a lifestyle, not a diet." Don't obsess over weighing yourself on a scale because it's truly the worse. It warms my heart knowing I can help so many of you ❤
Your words are very true. People who are heavy have to deal with ugly and hurtful comments all the time, including from "friends" & family. Words hurt and are NEVER forgotten.
You being open and honest that you have fallen off the wagon at some points . I have always had an issue with weight. I had lost 40 lbs at one point, I was exercising and doing low carb, I felt amazing. Then I had to have surgery and I just couldn't get motivated again . Watching you has been such a help. THANK YOU !!Back on the weight loss journey.

Mayra I can’t tell you how much your channel has helped me in my weight loss journey! Even though I’ve lost 70lbs so far, it is definitely not easy. I could totally relate to how you said loved ones can look at you and the healthy things you’re eating and assume you no longer crave the food they’re eating when you go out to eat. Your recipes and just your positive spirit has helped me as I continue to keep the weight off. Your honesty about your struggles has helped me a lot. Much love girl!
struggling with weight maintenance, I found solace in the video discussing the emotional challenges of this journey. The speaker's honesty about the often glamorized struggles resonated deeply. Personally, I've faced my share of difficulties, especially during stressful periods, leading to occasional weight regain. The message of long-term commitment struck a chord, highlighting the need for consistent, healthy choices. It's a lifelong process, and the speaker's emphasis on self-compassion over punishment profoundly impacted how I approach my ups and downs. A valuable lesson in sustaining healthy habits and an unexpected aspect of health I've learned to embrace.
You know I’m so glad I ran across your channel. I only been watching you for about 8 months. I been on this yo yo weight loss for many, many years. So May 17, 2023 I started this weight loss journey again. With your help and the help of another RUclipsr I loss over 35 lbs in 6 months. I haven’t been this small since I was a teenager and I’m now 60 years young. It is a struggle and I was so determined to do it. I love your recipes it helps me out a lot. I just want to say, if you want to lose weight do it for yourself. Do some research write in a journal what you want to do and set small goals. When you reach that one then set another. I promise you - you can do it. Stay focus and stay positive. You got this!!
I’m your age. I’ve lost 16 lbs in 4 months but at a stall. Still have 35 to lose and am verging on discouragement bc I’m doing everything I know to do 😢. How did you lose it so fast? I’m low carb, strength train, IF, protein based, calories at about 14-1600/day.
I don’t count calories. I do intermittent fasting 16-8. I do health high protein and I cut wayyyy back on refined sugar. I do 45 minutes cardio workout everyday if possible. Some days just a 30 minute walk. Try this for 1 week and you will lose weight
@@terrywalker7115 I eat the same. No processed foods. I do cardio but just not 7 days a week. Will give a try! (I’m a type 1 diabetic, so there’s some nuances there). Thx!
Yes. I am. I do cardio with Billy Blanks workout on RUclips. It’s fun and I see normal people not professional lol. Also forgot to mention I eat between 11 am- 7pm.
Youve been such a blessing to me Myra. I copy your recipes religiously to help me prep my low carb meals. Ive dropped over 40lbs and your channel is part of the reason why. I just made your teriyaki chicken dish with cauliflower rice for dinner. God bless you
Thank you for sharing your story. I've always struggled with my weight since I was a child. I'm at my heaviest at 225 lbs. I want to be healthy for my son and myself. Thank you for motivating me. You are amazing and may God continue to bless you 🙏
I am the opposite. I was always so skinny growing up and into my 30’s. I’m now 62 and have been struggling with my weight since I was 45. I am 50 lbs overweight. It is such a struggle to lose anything due to now I’m not in great health, heart, back, knees etc. I can’t exercise much. I feel I will never get the weight off. I am following you and do like the recipes you make. Thank you for sharing.
May sound weird, but sometimes being a lot thinner can be really tough on the mind… being treated differently (not always positively), suddenly people would touch me without my permission where they never did that prior to weight loss. Also suddenly being harassed by men (not flirted with but HARASSED). I honestly think I gained some of might weight back though not all, because psychologically it was really hard to deal with the negative reactions to my weight loss. Any thoughts on that? Did you experience anything like that?
Hey Mayra. Your message resonates with me so much! Im from Costa Rica, and believe me, the struggle to get low-carb products or ingredients is real. I envy all your options in the USA, on products with clean ingredients. However, I stick to veggies, fresh fish, and meat which are certainly my options. The struggle is real in so many ways... thanks for sharing this message.
Yes Mayra I'm not gonna lie or be ashamed, I have my days. I've completely changed my eating habits and the ingredients I eat now, and definitely I once in a while allow myself to eat something not so good for me. Sometimes I don't even enjoy what I use to eat that isn't so good for me, because I can really taste all the bad ingredients I don't eat often anymore. Anyway, thanks for sharing this video. Your hair and makeup look pretty. Love your channel and all your amazing recipes 😊🎉❤
Hi from Pueblo Colorado my name is Lisa I am 47. I agree with everything you're saying it's so hard to keep the weight off. It is so hard to lose weight I know what you mean. I love all your recipes. you are so awesome hope you have a wonderful day and week.
I love you, you made my day. I lost 125 lbs kept it off. Now fours later, the loss of my Mom and the loss of my hubby, my comfort was food, still keto but much more food. I gained thirty lbs. I have so many nice clothes and to look at them and not being able to wear them puts me even more on the back burner. Listening to you made a difference. Thank you. I am going through all of your stuff to help me out. And the clothes I want to wear I have hanging in my kitchen. I want forty lbs off and this time I am staying FOCUSED. 😊
Hi M. A lot of my overeating is mental. I get fixated on something that is bad for me. Even though I'm not hungry I will eat it. I also.have huge portion control issues.
THANK YOU, Myra! I'm going to watch this video every morning for at least the next month. I need to hear some of this on repeat. I'd love to learn more about how you approach goals and goal setting!
Mayra, everything you said was right on the mark! I can relate to these struggles on such a personal level. The important thing isn't that you beat yourself up during those moments you fall off your healthy weight loss journey, it's that you get back up and get back on track ,learning to forgive yourself so you can continue to push forward towards your goals. We definitely all need to love yourselves and realize how truly strong we are--that's the path to success!
I just have to thank you. I randomly found your page and it has helped me so much. You are an inspiration. I have fought with my weight with most of my life and it gets so frustrating. I did have gastric bypass for health reasons but started slowly gaining some back about 6 years later. I don't even know how. My doctors aren't helpful at all. But since following you and starting a low carb lifestyle I have lost close to 20 lbs. It's also hard due to having 3 back surgeries so I can't exercise like I want to. It's all just so frustrating and depressing. But I'm going to keep going and following you. I love your recipes. Thank you❤
You look fabulous myra!! I am so grateful for not only u sharing ur story but also your amazing recipes...teaching us how to cook...because really it's like starting completely over learning how to cook to even attempt to lose weight n keep it off. So I'm so grateful for u and other low carb or keto channels that demonstrate how to choose different foods that fit this lifestyle. Makes things doable. Hugs and really I see ur pics and it's so obvious that u were once like the rest of us struggling and u put in the work to get healthy and lose weight and even keep it off...because I know when I think I'm going off low carb....the weight creeps right back on and it aucks but for most of us this has to be a forever lifestyle if we hope to heal our bodies and lose weight and again . keep it off. ❤
Thank you for sharing ❤ Im very disciplined and consistent with the gym. Both cardio and weightlifting but I cannot for the life of me be disciplined with my nutrition 😢 I struggle so hard and it’s upsetting because you can’t even see all the hard work I put in the gym. Everyday I plan and say I won’t give in to my cravings but I end up giving in 💔
Thank you so much! We recently went through a move and my eating plan was not the easiest way to eat in all the stress and busyness. I am so eager to get back to my low carb IF plan. You are such an encouragement. God bless you always!
You are inspiring. Thank you for being approachable, real, vulnerable and honest. Everyone is unique. Everyone has a story, and through our story we have the power to change the lives of those around us. There is purpose in our story. There is meaning in our journey. It is meant to be shared. It takes courage & a vision for others to share a piece of yourself and it can positively impact the lives of others. You do that. Thank you.
I am so weak and falling on clean eating while i am on low carb is eating too much meat ( protein ) and peanut butter….still struggling with that…and everything is in mind !!!!!! Thanks for sharing your experience and boosting other people to force themselves….keep going more with your videos, and channel is very useful and great !!! Big support from me !!!!!!! 💪💪💪💪
It’s definitely not easy to keep it off. I lost 145 and gained back 35-40, now I’m trying to lose the regain and it’s so hard. I’m still pretty small but it’s so hard😵💫😖 like, I’d rather just stop eating altogether.
Marya, thank you for sharing this video with us. The hardest thing for me is trying to get healthier foods. Healthy food is so much more expensive than unhealthy foods.
@mariamercado3946 Healthier options are not always more expensive. Example: She made a pizza with egg whites, not flour. So watch her videos. We are all learning together. Good luck.
This was such an incredible video, thank you so much! Last year I got on a health kick and lost over 15 pounds and over 34 inches. But due to a series of family issues, I backtracked and went back to eating whatever and not exercising. I’ve gained half the weight and several of the inches back and I’m so upset at myself. I’m back up in a pant size instead of continuing to go back down. Very discouraged, but I really want to get back on track and start loving myself again!
Thank you for sharing. I am 57 years old and have struggled with my weight since I was in my twenties . I am currently 191 lbs I am 5’6 . Please come out with a health book/cook book❤️🙏❤️🙏
I agree with Rebecca , great video. Thanks for being so transparent and sharing your experience. I appreciate your words of encouragement. I've been watching your videos almost everyday to get out of this slump and they have been very helpful. I'm not gaining any more weight and I have made some of your wonderful low carb cookies. My mom even likes them and that's a plus for me..
Myra, this video is exactly why I follow you. 😭💖💃😊 Thank you for your openness and honesty. Some of us out here don’t have anyone else around us that understands the real struggle of losing weight. It comes so naturally for many people but not for me. I’ve struggled all my life but I’m understanding how I was made to believe I wasn’t skinny enough when I was not even a teenager by people who loved me. I began a binging and dieting cycle that I still struggle with today. I feel like I’m getting a much better handle on it since reaching 50 yrs old. I love how you said you’re goal focused. I need to get that back into my mind set. I used to be that way and am struggling with it. Your video is truly a gift from God…you are a gift from God to help and inspire us to have a better temple for Him to dwell. God bless you!
This has made me feel a lot better. I've been doing low carb since I was 16 (I'm 27 now), and I became very lenient during COVID. I never fully went off of the diet, but I was very lenient. Since then, I've struggled to get back down to the weight that I had lost before. I lost 60 pounds when I first started doing low carb, and I was good about it for a long time. Then, I would indulge here and there, but nothing too crazy. Then COVID happened, and that was when I started indulging a lot more. It wasn't until the end of 2022 where I weighed myself, and I was the heaviest I had ever been at 265 pounds. I've always struggled with my weight since I was a kid and I've tried almost every diet you could think of. Low carb was the only one that worked for me, and even though it still works for me, I still get discouraged because I haven't been able to lose the weight as quickly as I did before. And of course, because I have lost weight on and off over the years, I've developed loose skin. Gotta love it. 🤣 Thanks for this, Mayra. It did make me feel better. I've lost almost 30 pounds since I've been back on it, and while it may not seem like a whole lot, I'm glad I'm back on it. 💜
For the youngsters (under 50) my advice: Stop hating yourself. Come to know the Lord Jesus, and realize He designed your body, and honor Him with your body. Along with living for Him, stop hating yourself and punishing yourself. Girls, you are establishing strong bone and muscle to carry you past menopause, which ain't no joke. Do not be afraid of drinking milk!! Come to a place where you eat the healthiest you can- for me, that means low carb- that's where I feel my best. I'm almost 63, and ride my bike between 12-13 miles at least twice a week, and walk a couple of miles at least two days a week, and work part time. But with all of that, I still have weight issues! But I've come to appreciate that if I am strong, and can move around, I can live with that. What I'm saying is, get the best possible nutritional/exercise habits you can now, because it is harder as you age. It's not about looks for me any more. Every day, people die. You're still here for a reason. When I saw my blood pressure start to creep up 3 yrs ago, I said, oh no. I started exercising intensely. And even with being low sugar, and yes, I do crave sweets, I'm working hard to keep my A1C down. Don't just think, I'll worry about it when I'm old, it will come faster than you think. Also, continue to get up and down from the floor, sit cross legged, etc, so you don't lose that flexibility. Though I'm strong, I'm working on regaining flexibility. May the Lord Jesus Christ bless everyone here, I know I depend on Him more and more as I age!!
I really love your channel. I have been making some of your food recipes and they are absolutely delicious. I love your honesty. Thank you for sharing and inspiring us. I am on a healthier lifestyle. I have been on so many diets. I realized my struggle is with my mind. My eating habits won't change until I start renewing my mind and start using healthier options instead of binging on so much binging on junk food.
I purchased your ebook and love it. I fell off my healthy eating and in a week gained everything back that i lost. I was so devastated. I would love a meal plan and think it is an awesome idea
I love that you say what’s on my mind!It is reassuring to know I’m not alone!! The emotional rollercoaster continues especially after the weight loss. Thanks for opening up on the struggles most of us go through quietly ❤
Hi Myra! I’ve been watching you for about 6 mos now & just wanted to let u know that I really appreciate hearing what u had to say about how “hard” it is living a healthy lifestyle when uv been overweight from a young age! It is sooooo difficult to break the strongholds of food addiction & your advice was truly needed! ❤️
Such a roller coaster ride! BUT happy to have found a channel like yours that keeps inspiring me that I can eat GOOD FOOD!! Thank you! ❤ keep up the amazing work!
Hi Myra. I stumbled across your profile & I am so grateful. Thank you so much for this video. Listening to you was like voicing my thoughts! I truly appreciate this compilation. You're so genuine, open & honest. Will be watching the rest of your videos & will certainly be searching for you on the rest of the social media channels. This has provided a mental boost for me to continue on my healthy eating journey. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. 💫👑
Congrats on your tremendous accomplishments in you weight loss journey and with your always awesome RUclips channel - you are an extremely beautiful woman and person! People like you make this world a better place for the rest of us - appreciate you! 🙏🙏
Hi Mayra!! Thank you for your personal videos but can you PLEASE make new recipes for keto or low carb meals?? I LOVE everything you have made!! They are so yummy and easy to make!! Thank you again for everything!! Take care and God bless!! ❤❤
I have a hard time staying low carb during that time of the month. Do you have any advice for that, like good carbs to eat to fill the craving or need? Is that a struggle anyone else shares?
I think any of us that get to 100lb over weight have insulin resistance, it causes severe carb cravings, the only thing that helps those cravings is low carb or Keto or a diet that balances insulin. Once the cycle breaks the body can process correctly.
My biggest mental funk is telling myself: "I'll start tomorrow because I need to feed my sugar cravings now because sugar helps calm my day of work stress", yet tomorrow never comes. 😒 I have got to get out of that mindset.
Ever since I started working out in high school and maintained being fit, some overweight people at work would say “but it’s easy for you. You don’t need to work out you’re skinny”. But I would work out everyday for at least an hour high intensity, I would also go biking in the park for miles at least 3 times a week, at work I would intentionally run up the stairs to the manager instead of calling them and ate super healthy. It’s not easy, it takes will power and routine. It’s a lot of work for anyone, even if you’re already fit and you’re maintaining. It gets even harder when your older and you have a husband and kids.
Hey lovely I have been watch your videos stories of inspiration for about 2 years now I think you are amazing person strong beautiful I have been struggling with weight lost for long time but now that I turn 40 its worst I need to loss 11 kg to be in a good healthy weight for myself I'm 70kg love to reach 59kg 58 any way I would love to know about your daily plan to loss weight Thank you so much lovely Keep posting videos I'm enjoying it
I admire your focus. I’m wondering if you had been up and down before committing to succeed at loosing the weight. I have been up and down my whole life and now I’m ill and must take steroids to live. Unfortunately they make a person gain weight and I am up 60 pounds. I was 16 pounds from my goal weight 😔. It’s been mentally devastating. So I just was curious if it was ever a struggle to commit for you. 💕. Thank you for sharing your experience. 😊
Did you struggle at the beginning of your journey cutting sugar out of your diet? If so do you have any tips? I'm struggling terribly with headaches and feeling horrible cutting g the sugar
Go slow. I swapped 6 mt dew for diet, then down to 2 diet/day, then blue or purple water flavoring at Walmart, same with cookies, chips, chocolate. I tried pork rinds, protein chips, protein bars, fruits, lower cal chocolate. I’m down 85lb in 20 months.i make all my meals at home. I don’t crave snacks or sweets after a yr. Now I make nonfat vanilla yogurt with no sugar pudding mix for a sweet.
My problem is sugar. Particularly sweet tea... im from Texas, what can i say? Lol i havent had sweet tea since Jan 01, it's Jan 20 now and on Jan 16 i had already lost 8 lbs by cutting out the sweet tea, AND cutting back on bread, flour tortillas and higb carby foods and snacks. Basically im fasting 16:8 and eat meats and chicken and roasted veggies. Like an alcoholic, i CANNOT have tea right now, then I'll never stop and it'll be hard to get back on the wagon.
❤Amiga! The Start doesn't matter, its the end! And you, by the Grace of God, have a happy ending as you reached a goal. You won, we celebrate with you and we are grateful you share your experience and not tell tales. All you went through the Lord used it for good and the good of others. Te queremos! A big YEEEEHAWWW FROM TEXAS! 🤠🥳
I've lived a keto lifestyle for 3 years now and I binge like a crazy lady on holiday and over Christmas. But, I'm back to keto once the trip or holiday is over. I don't feel bad at all. My version of girls gone wild lol
Hello Mayra. ❤️I been doing low carb since January 1st. On July 8 I lost 1O pounds. But then on January 9th I started eating the low carb tortillas that Mayra eats I her videos and I have the Stayed the same weight. Has anyone had trouble loosing weight with those tortillas??
Are you heading towards the Carnivore spectrum of things or not that extreme? My wife and I have been Carnivore for 90 days with extremely amazing benefits all around, but cravings for snacks is a tough battle. We maintain being strong willed and disciplined, but looking for alternate snacking items and recipes lol. :)

Hi from Pueblo Colorado my name is Lisa I am 47. I agree with everything you're saying it's so hard to keep the weight off. It is so hard to lose weight I know what you mean. I love all your recipes. you are so awesome hope you have a wonderful day and week.
A meal plan will be awesome cause a lot of people can’t afford it today. Y’all the best. 💗
I’m working on it 😊❤
You explained this SO well ❤ Loosing weight is not easy but so rewarding. The difficult things are worth doing!
Very helpful! Thank you for the reminder to be compassionate with ourselves. It’s important when we are working so hard to make changes in our lives ❤
9:40 9:53 - yessss 👏 please - I would love to have a plan from you about what to do when we wanna get back up after a diet mishap ❤ you’re the best
Since I have been eating healthier and cutting out junk, I am actually spending less believe it or not
@mariamercado3946 Healthier options are not always more expensive.
34 inches??
Just begin again
Thank you for sharing. I am 57 years old and have struggled with my weight since I was in my twenties . I am currently 191 lbs I am 5’6 . Please come out with a health book/cook book❤️🙏❤️🙏
So personable and real! And helps paint a more sustainable picture of weight loss and management
I was just diagnosed with diabetes. Your advise and recipes are my lifeline! Thank you.
Thank you for sharing your story and helping others! Shared!
Thank you, This is where I’m at right now. Hearing you talk on it, has been very helpful.
Love your positive reinforcement. Honesty really helps us out. Thank you for taking the time to keep encouraging us!
Myra love this love ur tips its defo a struggle staying on track. Craving the worst i binge sometimes always try get bk on track ❤
Well spoken young lady 🙌
Thanks for this, Mayra. It did make me feel better. I've lost almost 30 pounds since I've been back on it, and while it may not seem like a whole lot, I'm glad I'm back on it. 💜
OMG Thank you soo much! Just exactly what Im going through... this video was very helpful and encouraging ❤For sure the Lord uses you🕊
For the youngsters (under 50) my advice: Stop hating yourself.
I wish there was a "love" button that I could click. This is such great advice!!!!!!! I'm 56, but it's not too late to make changes. Thank you! ❤
GREAT VIDEO......Mayra you really touched on the struggle from your heart Thank you for letting us see this side of the struggle God Bless!
I purchased your ebook and love it. I fell off my healthy eating and in a week gained everything back that i lost. I was so devastated. I would love a meal plan and think it is an awesome idea
When you said get up!!! I literally got excited!!! 😍
I love that you say what’s on my mind!It is reassuring to know I’m not alone!! The emotional rollercoaster continues especially after the weight loss. Thanks for opening up on the struggles most of us go through quietly ❤
Thank you so much. I was having a bad day at the gym and your words really helped ❤
This means a lot to me. Emotional eater here. Binge eater. I want to build a better relationship with food.
Thank you for the encouragement, I needed to hear this. ❤abrazos chica!

Very well spoken love 💕
I know the feeling thank you for all you do
Agree, it's not easy.
It’s really not!
I have a hard time staying low carb during that time of the month. Do you have any advice for that, like good carbs to eat to fill the craving or need? Is that a struggle anyone else shares?
It's tough!! but the strong willed will prevail
Do you know if flavoured LMNT breaks a fast? Thanks. :) Thanks for all your informative videos.
I always fall off keto during christmas and summer but I always go back into it and loose it so I don't even care when I fall off anymore :)
Thank you for this i appreciate it ❤️🌹🙏
It's genuinely like talking to a friend watching you- thankyou for being so honest in your post. You are a superstar! ❤❤
Aww thank you! ❤ we’re all friends here 🫶🏼
I think any of us that get to 100lb over weight have insulin resistance, it causes severe carb cravings, the only thing that helps those cravings is low carb or Keto or a diet that balances insulin. Once the cycle breaks the body can process correctly.
I made your chicken broccoli Alfredo the other day. So good!
Quick question!!!! Do I need to count my calories on a keto diet? And if so, how many calories am I supposed to intake a day?
I had a med change in August. Up 50#. Trying to get back in control. I ditched all my fat clothes bec I thought I was “cured.” Nope.
Thanks for sharing Mayra. Cheers.
Thank you for watching!
My biggest mental funk is telling myself: "I'll start tomorrow because I need to feed my sugar cravings now because sugar helps calm my day of work stress", yet tomorrow never comes. 😒
I have got to get out of that mindset.
Same! My mindset is what gets in my way. Sigh. But self-awareness is the first step to get to where we want to be!
Hey lovely I have been watch your videos stories of inspiration for about 2 years now I think you are amazing person strong beautiful I have been struggling with weight lost for long time but now that I turn 40 its worst I need to loss 11 kg to be in a good healthy weight for myself I'm 70kg love to reach 59kg 58 any way I would love to know about your daily plan to loss weight
Thank you so much lovely
Keep posting videos I'm enjoying it
You rock girl
Do you ever have cheat meals? Like do you ever get a takeaway on the weekend? Xxxxx
Of course I do! I never overdue it but I do treat myself 🫶🏼
I went from 503 to 280.. Now I am back up to 330.
I am truly at a loss😔
You're still down 170 lbs and that's a win. Don't shadow your wins because of a setback.
Positive self talk is so important. You know what you need to do and you got this!🎉😊
Wow! You've accomplished a lot. Setbacks are not the end of the story. Keep going, girl!!
Never give up… get back up, do the do’s..
You will be fine
What an accomplishment! You know what to do because you’ve done it. Go back to the basics and start from the beginning. You got this!
With low carb from keto, have you upped your veg intake as i miss filling with raw veg etc. Bx
How many carbs do you allow yourself to have an a day?
It really is a roller coast.
I can't express that enough!
❤Thanks
Hey Mayra, how often do you weigh yourself?
Shared
I've lived a keto lifestyle for 3 years now and I binge like a crazy lady on holiday and over Christmas. But, I'm back to keto once the trip or holiday is over. I don't feel bad at all. My version of girls gone wild lol
Hello Mayra. ❤️I been doing low carb since January 1st. On July 8 I lost 1O pounds. But then on January 9th I started eating the low carb tortillas that Mayra eats I her videos and I have the
Stayed the same weight. Has anyone had trouble loosing weight with those tortillas??
Did you have to get surgery for loose skin? You look amazing.
