- This is my FIRST Competitive Splatoon 3 Tournament in this game. Its also the first tournament i have done with a Competitive Team in about 3 years! Nice to be back and will be continuing to play more Competitive Splatoon and Tournaments coming in the future!

Edit: I also can't believe how calm you guys stay. I lose my mind every 10 seconds in this game😂 that's probably why I'm struggling in S rank😅
Staying chill definitely helps, a mindset change does a crazy difference in my experience. Getting wound up on something that already happened doesn’t help in Splatoon where every next moment counts- always focus on playing the game and what to do next

Staying calm is the secret to this game, but also pretty much any skill intensive game. Hell, it probably applies to *anything*. It might even be the one true lesson to learn from these competitive experiences.

12:50 I love how Nintendo incorporates plaza posts into the online games
It's a neat feature, but I liked it about a hundred times more in Splatoon 1 where it was much easier to actually draw on the gamepad and you post them to the Miiverse and not braindead Twitter.

I like using the Squeezer but I just can’t use the Trizooka for the life of me! I’m really struggling to land the shots on anyone, despite its range and explosion radius. So watching you using it so well gives me a lot to learn from.

Trizooka aims in an arc, going a bit above where the reticle makes it seem.

Well, there were instances where he didn't hit anyone either. Using it to ink turf or even free the Rainmaker are also options. I'm by far not a Pro, but especially in Ranked it feels good to use when the opposing team is close to each other, like riding the Tower. It's also great for splatting chargers or at least make them leave their position. =P
Great gameplay Dude! Splat3 tournaments are so much more entertaining that S2 :) I'm really curious about how different S3 tournaments will look after the next few balance patches (definitely less machines and maybe more non-shooters? 🤔)

@Mr.Kakaman Hmm I’d say less complex at a lower level, but at a higher level I’d say it’s around the same-depending on the mode. It’s subjective really

Out of interest, do you or anyone else know if replay codes for matches in tournaments like this and/or maybe others get made available somewhere?
even if they do, replays gets autoerased after one or two weeks

when ur playing with motion, are you resting your hands on something maybe your lap? also how come you are tapping the fire button with the squeezer? does it fire more?
tapping with squeezer gives you longer range where auto firing is its painting mode.

One question - why are you using the 96 in preference to other long shooters like the jet? You do seem to have issues with the 96's dodgy accuracy at times.
