What would you do with that sump? I'm leaning more towards the river style setup, but I want to know what you would do!
Oh, now I see how it has mature, very good, I also just realized that you don't have a water heater?
Yeah, the room is kept at about 21/22 degrees Celsius And he has a Nice basking spot. It's not what's recommanded online, but those 2 degrees diffrence are nog enough of a reason to add a water heater. Especially knowing breeders here keep them outdoors year round with great succes.

- what's the average temperature in your region during the winter?
The water is always above 20 degrees and the winters here are right around the freezing point. bouncing back and forth between a few degrees above and bellow freezing.
@@CrunchyFern@CrunchyFern ok, I definitely recommend you to keep the water at stable 26/28 Celsius. While spotted turtles may tolerate some cold, that's not ideal.
