I am surprised that the NX did so well; IIRC it took only 2 (correction: 4 plus some phaser and pulse phaser blasts) TOS photons to destroy the ISS Avenger, and I'm guessing that the ISS Avenger had a tougher hull than the USS Enterprise NX-01, due to it being a warship. You almost got the A in that first fight. Can't wait to see the others! 🖖

😲I do love the new battles Admiral. shows the power of each ship, but Starfleet ships against each other. eeh. But the Ent A had been refitted and even Scotty was trying to fix everything lol. Wonder, was this the NX before or after Xindi.. but still held well gosh.. and remember the Ent A shields were close to the hull in the movie 5, I think. but in others , was like a bubble hmm. I had a feeling the Ent A would win, since more advanced , and equipped.. still great battles Admiral.. ! Yes.. TOS.. '', Those Old Scientist'', loved that episode..lol Spock laughing and the explosion trying to replicate the metal... Boimler was freaking out like usual.. lol 😊🖖
I'm surprised that they made the A instead of just making it an Excelsior model. They may have just made it a Constitution Class shell in honor of it's predecessor. They couldn't have had Kirk in mind when they made it, because he was an Admiral... In Star Trek lore, I don't know how long it takes to build a heavy cruiser. But the A must have been in construction for quite a while before Star Trek IV.
Bullying the NX-01 with such a vastly more powerful ship always makes me cheer for the scrappy underdog. It's probably because I've watched too much Enterprise.

The Enterprise-A is supposed to have phasers on the bottom of the secondary hull. I never noticed them get fired.

This was the NX with the Xindi war upgrades, as it has Photonic Torpedoes. HAHA, Spock laughing was quite worrying. So funny though! 🖖
