    I like how you use the aggressors momentum against himself..a classic judo technique I'll never forget. If I was the girl I would run after getting away:-)

      Yes 100% they need to run and get away to get help as soon as possible.

      Make sure you practice it slow. This technique taught by Morley Coaching is definitely legit.

    Very good she used aikido techniques by using power of hip (key) and motion of leg (taisabaki).

    Ok this is totally BS there was zero resistance from the guy. You would not be able to spin someone that easy. If someone has their hands around your neck and squeezing you've got about 3-6 seconds before you pass out, your focus should be on wrist control. Two hands on one wrist to break the choke. Go to a BJJ class and learn how to defend yourself properly.
