Two (2) tips that I didn't see mention here :3 1. When using the pen for the Artmesh ( 9:48 ) If you click on the green circles and hold Ctrl you can change the size of the circle wich affect the mesh width of it, going into the circles... so you don't have to edit manually later Like applying pressure on Vector lines If that makes sense ^^ And 2: 58:25 If you didn't hide the glue from the lil window (The one chupuko has on the lower Right side)You can actually select the glue portions as well and it will reflect along with everything else So you don't need to re-apply anything ^^
22:37 what's also helped me for determining how mow to take the top lash is working based off of where the corners of the eye would be (particularly the inner one). Essentially for the eye being open, imagine that the curves of the upper eyelash and lower edge of the eye white extend (instead of rounding off completely) at the inner corner. Where that hits, that's you reference height for (mainly the corner of) your closed eyelash. And then you can take what shape you want from there. (If it's a smile, take the centre of the lashes up a bit, if not keep it just below that reference for the corners). The outer corner tends to be more exaggerated with anime eyes so how much you want to keep that static probably depends on the particular eye shape. I imagine the hypothetical muscles holding it up much higher than the inner corner would relax just a bit when closing the eyes?
Thank you so much for your videos they're so helpful! I have a question :3 My model has 2 different eye colors... is there a way to reflect the eye to the other side but copying parameters from the iris only so I can use the other colored iris? I hope the question is clear @.@
If you used warp deformers for the iris movement, you should be able to copy the whole eye and just replace the one iris color with the other, as I've gotten this to work before when I was messing around with eye styles but liked the physics I already made. If you move the iris itself and no warp deformer you would have to re-rig the new iris again. I know you asked a month ago but I wanted to try and help in case you were still struggling :)
Love the tutorials BUT at times its kind of like the horse drawing meme, where in the beginning its very detailed and helpful but then after one part you just go "now just finish it, oh also here i added things i didn't teach you". each part is very different and if someone is newer their just confused on the work flow. I do get this is the advanced version but this one is actually far more helpful than the previous beginner one which does the no explanation just finish it thing way more.
REUPLOAD !!! forgot some sections and added some new chunks in, but hopefully it makes more sense now („• ֊ •„)
Thx
Thank you ❤
I dont mean tobe rude but i would like you to hear me out, the shadow of your nose, above your mouth looks like a moustache 😮
