Who ever commented that there is no modern prophesy is completely wrong. I can attest to the fact that God used men and women to speak a word of confirmation in my life. And to the part of Prophet Carn's being a false prophet, God will take care of him, if he is. It is not up to us to decide that.
All I know is that this man, prophesied to me in Norristown PA in 2010. He was on point about everything!!! All the way to confirmation of my calling in Christ. And to add from that day forwArd God has been setting me up for it. So I say this to say, be careful what you say, no one has the authority to judge, u can curse yourself.
He is very young, he still has a lot pf growing to do especially in the ways of God. If he is wrong the Lord our God will convict him, and he will have to repent and change his ways. Let's pray for him... that God may open his eyes and ears.
That is profound that he would say that the gifts of prophecy, evangelism, apostle, pastoring, and teaching aren't for the world, but for the perfecting of the saints. That is not saying that you CAN'T do any of these with the world, but it makes a difference when you share them with the saints who believe that God is trying to make them better through those words. Glad to see this interview with Lexi. I was saved as a teenager in a Pentecostal Church and I read my bible a lot and asked God for understanding of His Word. What surprised me about the gift of prophecy is that that Pentecostal Church absolutely shunned it as if the gift had passed away. The Bible says that it is an office and a gift of the Holy Spirit. We need that gift exercised in the church now, especially in these last days.

But the last prophet was John the Baptist. Now anyone with the Holy Spirit can prophesy at anytime the Holy Spirit chooses to use them. @Muerta06-It was the word that came from Eli to Samuel that allowed Samuel to understand that it was YHWH vs. Eli...(which means this was something that helped Samuel learn how to hear correctly)... It's alright....I know that Samuel missed it not only as he was learning to hear from YHWH as a child in the beginning but also in his own spirit as a Prophet on assignment was told to go anoint a king etc. and he said within himself SURELY it was a person that it was not...

Even when Jesus healed the sick and gave sight to the blind, he never requested an offering for himself. The Bible says, "And through covetousness shall they with feigned (false, deceitful) words make MERCHANDISE (profit) of you" (2 Peter 2:3). Neither did the apostles ever request an offering after speaking a word of prophecy or a word of knowledge to an individual.
I am so confused...what does he mean that he had to "practice?" GOD doesn't practice speaking, either He speaks or He doesn't. If GOD doesn't speak, the prophet shouldn't speak. Maybe it's just me and I'm limited in my knowledge. SMH.

He said that he practiced the prophetic gift. 1Samuel 5:19-20. So Samuel grew, and The Lord let NONE of his words fall to the ground. i think prophetic - holy-ghost filled people will easily understand that what he is saying is truth. what brian is speaking is true and bible-based.

@Muerta06-You missed what I am saying. I told you that YHWH saved Samuel from missing the word because Samuel said WITHIN himself that "SURELY" this is the LORD's anointed....
You say a TRUE prophet does not get it wrong ever well Samuel got it wrong then & when he was first learning to HEAR in his early age he thought it was Eli calling him but it was YHWH & once Eli who had already been walking with YHWH understood that it was YHWH calling Samuel he gave Samuel precepts on how to respond!

He said the Bible says prophecy is for the perfecting of the SAINTS but if an unbeliever witnesses prophecy through the power of the Holyghost, it will bring them to repent at the foot of the Cross. And even tho it's too perfect us, it's also to convert an unbeliever! It all works together. This man is a true prophet.

@Muerta06-It is two different things but you missed my point. I was trying to explain how the prophetic words comes to the prophet right and they speak what they hear...
But a non-titled person that has YHWH with them daily just as easy as it is to sin with YHWH being with you this is as easy as it is for a prophet to speak from his own spirit.
To prove this I showed you when Samuel heard a VOICE...it was YHWH's but he said it was Eli's. He missed it...
