I'd always thought of this. How MvM and Zombies are a bit similar to each other. In both, you fight waves of enemies while upgrading your abilities, whether it's by yourself or with teammates. But the goals are different. In MvM, you fight for loot, only 6 waves. In zombies, *you fight to survive until you die.*
Well your partly correct with how COD zombies USED to function, now it's "In zombies, you fight to survive long enough to do whatever easter egg's on the map THEN you die"
All it needs are custom all class animations for the weapons, as well as some for the zombies (right now all they do is hold invisible weapons) and it would be perfect.
There's only so much you can do with animations, especially since some of the zombies have L4D animations which aren't going to allow weapons without the view model looking weird (trust me the community tried) or in the case of the burning man are in the surrendered animation which strips weapons to begin with.
That is if the model was incorporated into the mission, as well as the hellhound rounds themselves. Sadly they weren’t but it is what it is at the end of the day

You can get/buy weapons from a spawned dumpster (or dumpsters if fire sale drop) and they can give you any weapon. Even some ones not found in main games
So, the burning man zombie has a missed opportunity since the audio coming from them is the HL2 zombie audio when they're on fire, the creator of this mod should have reversed that audio for that extra hit of creepiness because if you play the audio in reverse the zombie is literally crying out for help.
