Love the main area of the apartment; the entrance into kitchen, dining, lounging area and common bathroom flows really well (only thing I'd add would be some semi-transparent glass in short windows at the top of the bathroom to let in natural light from the common area). The 1st bedroom and study from what we saw looked very dark and the corridor made them feel isolated from the rest of the apartment. The main bedroom looked nice but again much darker and almost claustrophobic due to the full length cabinets at the end of the bed making the room feel short. Overall a really nice start to an apartment let down by the bedrooms.
I felt that the colour from the kitchen area were too rusty and dark that makes the whole kitchen space crampy and imbalance feel. Just my ownopinion as long as the couple happy with it.
It is elegant and classy. But it’s too dark, the use of brown in absolutely everything is a bit too much for me. I would have use some greens, maybe in the furnitures in the kitchen or some plants would make it more alive in my opinion. It does look a bit like a shop not a place where people live.
Would it be appropriate to add the contractor/designer team behind each home that has been renovated for your audience to perhaps engage if they are drawn to their fine workmanship? Perhaps a marketing element could be incorporated to intro them to your very well-prepared videos or have some sort of collaboration.
A bit too overpriced for the space/quality/amenities. Lack a bit of character and art. Bathrooms and bedrooms are quite small, blend and boring. Toilet looks cheap. I can see how they spent 150k on renovations, pretty sure 50% was only on custom cabinets but, 2.3m for that flat, seriously?

Kudos to the presenter for being so natural and pleasant to watch 👍🏻
Thank you!
Reuben has a knack for show and tell presentations
Very pleasant to listen
Thank you for watching!

Thank you very much for sharing your insights, Tobias! 😄
For the homeowners, congratulation on a homely house to look forward to, enjoy. Thank you for sharing.
Thank you so much!
Wow.. I'm in awe. Actually, I'm curious how the young couple afford the house and reno cost.
Easy. Have rich parents
I think is developer advertisement. The unit with imaginary “condo/credit card everything perfect couple” one sees on TV ad.
High paying jobs? 😂
I felt that the colour from the kitchen area were too rusty and dark that makes the whole kitchen space crampy and imbalance feel. Just my ownopinion as long as the couple happy with it.
It actually matches the condo lobby, has the same feel
Expensive earthworm house
maybe you too rich too said that
Very elegant and well design
Thank you! 😊 We think so too
It is like stepping into a mud house. Very Appaling.
Love the sofa and coffee table.
We too! 🤩
Masculine, classy and unity in theme, flawless.
Thank you for watching! 🤩
Unit's so dark even your video cam showing so much noise 😂
love the sofa and TV and the suede looking walls.
Glad you love them!
Can share where to buy the sofa? thanks!
@@jjtt19 I thought it was IKEA
@@StackedHomes Mind sharing which ID designed this? Thanks!
Luv the color scheme and spaciousness
🙌
Wow is this a starter home? How on earth did they afford this
Beautiful
Thank you! 😍
Price seems cheap in the current market considering its size, location and freehold.
$2.3M - is that USD or SGP? Either way that’s steep for the sqft, no?
True HDB with lousy location also easily cost $1 million already.
@@cheesun124 SGD. Why would it be USD..
@@LordBagdanoff I don’t know, that’s why I asked it shows what I know as a U.S. dollars sign. I thought SGD was represented as “S$”
@@cheesun124 A house in SG from a SG channel wouldn’t post in USD.
Ang ganda
It really is beautiful. Thank you for watching!
anyone know where the digital clocks in the entry and bedroom were from?
Neat, I like
Glad you like it! 🙌🏻
Is the textured walls limewash paint?
quick question: what if the retractable plug spoil? change whole table or?
no, just change the plug to a new one
@@zachy8929 errr then might as well get normal plug then😂
Not if you want more than one socket which is why the retractable power strip tower was chosen.
the whole point of it is the design, having multiple sockets while keeping it hidden/minimal.
Damn the host is a good looker! #nohomo
sorry, what is the "sarel" panels in the toilet?
Hey! Sorry it should be cerarl (admira.sg/cerarl)
Cerarl panels give off a very seamless finish in the bath, and yes it's by Admira
@@StackedHomes it looks gorgeous!
Why they want to choose the rusty copper red color? Like going to temple.
😍
💯
It is nice and stylish but it is so disappointing to see the AC on the walls...for this money you could have them built in more seamlessly :/
Why does this look just like a HDB unit tho?
To be fair many HDBs we feature may not easily come across as such given their high standards!
Able to share the ID that did the house?
would like to know too
The answer is on the caption 😊
thanks! 😅
I am more interested in what the young couple work as
😂 Unfortunately we don't share that in our Insider Tour series since we don't actually feature the homeowners here

Thanks for sharing your thoughts, George!
So many cabinet doors….
Gosh. First things first, bootleg Kaws figurines?! 😢
Need to respect intellectual property rights? No?

Thanks for the feedback! We'll take this into consideration :)
It is a nice place but for U$ 2.5 million you can buy a decent house here in Canada, especially by converting it to CAD.
Welcome to Singapore 😂
@@StackedHomes LOL Dang it!
