He’s 72, apparently looks 32 and acts like he is 12 while putting his bass on his head and flailing his arms.. sorry folks, but this sounds like SHIT!!
I saw them in 84. One of my favorite bands back then. I miss Kevin. This guy screams. I used to sing these songs in a cover band back in the 80's and 90's.
I also saw the original lineup in ‘84 at the Tower Theater in Philly & it was a great show, way better than I expected, Stevie Ray Vaughn was the opener, he was awesome too
I wish I could have seen them with Randy Rhoads saw them a couple times in the 80's great show I believe they were with jackal I wish I could go back to that whole time era best music still stands today came from the 70's & 80's.
Kevin i beave wass the heart of quiet roit along with the other original members. i never seen them lived i was a teenager i the 80s grew up in colorado springs then moved back to Az i had all the albums up to QR lll when i heard of his passding i was blown away we have lost alot of real great musicians in are life time ..
Just saw them New Year’s Eve. One of the best shows and experiences I’ve ever had. These guys are all exceptionally gifted individuals. If you don’t catch these guys in 2024 I feel sorry for you. Rudy is a living legend. He and this band are totally amazing. Excellent vocals, solid guitar, and percussion. I want to see them again.
Trying to cover Kevin's voice is not an easy task. This guy does a great job. When I heard news of the QR project, I imagined Jeff Blando's voice covering.
I met Jizzy and his band Love Hate in Hollywood CA a very long time ago. It was on New Years Eve and they did a show for radio station KNAC. He was actually a cool guy to me. I was invited to an after party with the whole band at a house in the Hollywood Hills. It was awesome. I partied with all the original members of Quiet Riot back in the day. I wish we could go back in time. I loved those years. I give these guys credit for still keeping rocking.
Seen them summer of 2022 in Vineland NJ, I was not disappointed. Rudy was phenomenal and the subtle Randy tributes are heartwarming. No Kevin, Frankie, or Carlos. But they were definitely worth seeing
Good performance, but I miss the others. I was lucky to see them at the Glam Slam Metal Jam at Saratoga 2001 with Warrant, Poison and Enuff Z'nuff. All 4...Kevin, Carlos, Rudy and Frankie! They were amazing! RIP
They sound good. I get some people may not like it but if you want to continue to hear the music live this is as good as it will get. Can't bring back the dead. It's a nice tribute to a solid band. Hopefully they will put some original stuff out that compares and can add to the legacy.
Well said. It isn’t 1983 anymore and I’ve accepted that. Having said that - being able to see Rudy Sarzo on stage is very special and I think I appreciate it more now than ever.
These guys put on a great show. Saw them at the M3 festival earlier this year. Seeing Rudy up there crankin out the baddest bass licks of all. Keep rockin boys
I saw Jizzy Pearl in Las Vegas. He’s at a Casino with the act Rock Vault where other known artists from various well known bands play 60’s through 80’s rock songs. Definitely worth the money for the show. Had a blast
Buenas rolas, las de QUIET RIET, que viva el ROCK, queremos ROCK, soy un melománo, tengo, 58 años, la música nuca muere, el que muere es uno, viva la música,
Thank you Rudy. Of course that's not Kevin singing, Kevin is unfortunately dead, rip. Whining about it being a tribute band, it just seems pretentiously motivated. We know this is not the same as the "original band". I saw quiet riot on the mental health tour when they opened up for iron maiden at the UIC pavilion in Chicago. Truth is, that was not the original, because Carlos cavazos had just replaced Randy rhoads who had moved over to Ozzy Osbourne's band. (Maybe the Randi Rhodes lineup was the original or not I really don't know). So we can sit around and whine about how the Carlos cavazos version was only a tribute band, but those are the songs everybody remembers, very few of the fanbase even remember a Randy rhoads version of The quiet riot band. I just got a relax and say "thank you Rudy". The sound is still good AND accurate enough to fire up my feelings of nostalgia for a fun rock group that I enjoyed for a period. Arguing over its authenticity is just simply, in this case, just a waste of time. It's definitely closer enough that I'm having fun listening to it and I'm feeling pleased that Rudy is up there having a good time,
Kind of interesting that Rudy stayed away while Frankie tried over and over again to put an acceptable QR together, and now that Frankie is gone he jumps back in…Maybe, like Carlos, Rudy also had issues with Frankie???
I can’t speak for Carlos but if you look up the video for “Can’t Hold On” by Quiet Riot you’ll see how tight Rudy and Frankie were. Very emotional video.
Man when I was like 11,12, or13 ,I was in a behavioral health program and this song came out it was called Westbrighe on Van Buren and 21 Ave. Mindy McConnell, well anyways that was years ago!!! There where all female, and one other male ,,,
Yeah this, is far from QR, but Rudy in his 70s has more energy, skill, and flare than most guys half his age. I'd pay to see them still, just to see Rudy.
I'm okay with this situation. The great Finnish band Stratovarius has no original members either. If you love the music you've got to appreciate the players pouring their hearts into the song that otherwise would never be heard live again ..🤘
Quiet Riot started the Glam Metal scene with "Metal Health" but as much as I love those songs and respect Rudy Sarzo this is NOT QR its a cover bar band at best . Kevin , Carlos and Frankie & Rudy were QR this isnt even close to as good let the Band end out of respect ......
@@rokstar807 What are you talking about Douche nozzle ? Are you the spelling police is my crdit ruined , oh my God End Times !!!! Democrats enough said lol
Rudy is a great bass player and is still rocking this at age 72
Alas folks, Rudy is an exellent bass player but he's never "made the weather" in Quiet Riot!
Rudy is ,72? Gezzzz I feel old...lol
He’s 72, apparently looks 32 and acts like he is 12 while putting his bass on his head and flailing his arms.. sorry folks, but this sounds like SHIT!!
love the Rudy energy in every song. Is a fucking legend!
Rudy is never gonna sleep without his bass! 😂
Rudy Sarzo is an incredible bass player!!
KILLER AMAZING LINE UP! AMAZING PERFORMANCE!!🎼🎸⚡♥️💕🤘❤️🙏👍🤜🤛R.I.P. KEVIN ... FRANKIE... RANDY 🙏🎸🥁
Rudy, at 72, is in better shape than anyone!!
72? Wow!!🤔😂
I saw them in 84. One of my favorite bands back then. I miss Kevin. This guy screams. I used to sing these songs in a cover band back in the 80's and 90's.
Me 2 👍
We were so lucky to grow up in the 80s
Woooowwww.......Ruddy after 40 years still being raw and great bass star n súper rocker, thanks for all moments!!!
Emilio
Most Definitely!💜🎼🎶🥃🎸
Still got it. 👍🏻
Good job Ruddy. You're the best.
Love the subtle Randy references, polka dots on the bass, concorde stripes on the guitar.
Rudy!!! That Spector Coda looks awesome and ya play it like an animal..One of my biggest influences to this day!
They sound great, but I would be awesome to see Carlos rejoin the band too.
At This Point ! Why Not...Carlos Let's Make It 50 %..Make This Right ...
Rudy Sarzo is the worlds best heavy metal Master Bass Guitarist in United Kingdom & the worlds.
I saw QR in '84 and wish I could go back in time, but no one can.
This lineup is not quite riot by any stretch of the imagination. It's Rudy sarzo's quiet riot wanna be cover band.
I also saw the original lineup in ‘84 at the Tower Theater in Philly & it was a great show, way better than I expected, Stevie Ray Vaughn was the opener, he was awesome too
@@jimmansi9046 We were in the same building! There were so many great shows at the Tower! And the tour buses were always right on the side.
I wish I could have seen them with Randy Rhoads saw them a couple times in the 80's great show I believe they were with jackal I wish I could go back to that whole time era best music still stands today came from the 70's & 80's.
I saw them in 99 I believe, ALIVE AND WELL. Fun show.
I would definitely pay to see this version of the band!!
Rudy plays that bass like he did in the late 70's early 80s barely aged.....
Rudy Is THE Legend !!
Wow, that bassist is impressive, I’m gonna take some of his movements 🤯
Great singer.
Rudy sarzo .the best bass
KILLER! Let's see Nikki Sixx play his bass on top of his head like Brother Rudy,,,without hurting himself!!!

Johnny Kelly on the drums💚🤘🏼🇧🇷
💚💚
Like Type O Jonny Kelly?
Oh yes ! Type o rules
Trying to cover Kevin's voice is not an easy task. This guy does a great job. When I heard news of the QR project, I imagined Jeff Blando's voice covering.
Jizzy Pearl is absolutely FANTASTIC
I absolutely love Blando. I think Jizzy is doing a pretty damn respectable job though.
Feels amazing. The volumes energy.
Carlos cavazo should play with rudy in QR, I think just they are real members still alive
Good to see Spinal Tap are still strong and well!!
This is Spinal Tap?🤔 ( No pun intended😁)🤔
Great performance...Big like from Venezia rock army 🖤
Its Rudy Sarzo with Type O negative :))
Haha precisely
Seen them summer of 2022 in Vineland NJ, I was not disappointed. Rudy was phenomenal and the subtle Randy tributes are heartwarming. No Kevin, Frankie, or Carlos. But they were definitely worth seeing
Glad they are still rockin
kevin dubrow was quiet riot

Saw that tour as well. It was my first concert seeing any of those bands. I have many fond memories of that tour. I saw it in buffalo
Excellent Beautiful Sublime Inmortal the 80 Amazing Rules 🎼🥁🎙️🙏🎶🎵🛸
Fantástic, great Band
Rudy still kicks ass
They sound good. I get some people may not like it but if you want to continue to hear the music live this is as good as it will get. Can't bring back the dead. It's a nice tribute to a solid band. Hopefully they will put some original stuff out that compares and can add to the legacy.
Foreigner basically only has one Member and he normally doesn't play the in the first 5 Songs. Is The Drummer the only Original Member of Quiet Riot?
They do sound good. Not sure how necessary it would be to put out new material at this point though.
I work with a kid name Wyatt. I showed him the video Metal Health. He liked it. I call him Quiet Wyatt. He laughs.
Today Quiet Riot is Rudy ....like in the 80's..... a tribute to Kevin DuBrown
Rudy with "third stone from the sun" in his bass solo was cool.
Still at least we get to hear this QR music live that's what Frankie wanted carrie on guys 2023 and beyond 🤟
I didn't know Corey Feldman sang for quiet riot.
I thought that too lol
Jizzy is on fire!! Sounds great, guys!!
I saw Jizzy Pearl in Las Vegas. He’s at a Casino with the act Rock Vault where other known artists from various well known bands play 60’s through 80’s rock songs. Definitely worth the money for the show. Had a blast
Then , then ,that time,another again ,&,Now.
Forever thank you.
I love Rudy Sarzo - his way of playing the bass and his youthful look and big smile. Thanks for joined to DIO group in 2004.♥
Rudy the only OG here. Rip Kevin and Frankie..QR
Wow they still can rock out 🎸
Rudy Sarso is badass
Full circle. Start as a teen playing to nobody now 72 and back to playing for nobody. 🤘🏿

Rudy always a killer on BASS 😁👊👊
Would go see them. Love Rudy

Wow !! Legends are Lengends they don't age 🤘🤘🤘
Jizzy did fine. Keep watching and he actually looks like Corey Feldman in a wig......
Wow, you’re right! I can’t unsee this now! LOL
He does sound good though.
Rudy is the entire show.
El gran Rudy trayendo a la vida a Quiet Riot
TRIBUTE BAND. Nothing more 🥀
Lighten up, Francis. 99.99% of all bands have had lineup changes.
Like kiss and many old school metal bands.judas priest.queen.but they're still going.👍
Barely a tribute band at that.
jizzys vocals are pretty damn close ... good job to him
This should be called Rudy Sarzo's Quiet Riot tribute.
Sounds Amazing!!!!
Que buena Banda hermoso recuerdooooo 🤘🤘🤘🤘
Great job on the vocals there they sound great I sure miss kev Dubro one of the best singers
Rudys the badesst bass player in metal straight up

Still hard to grasp a QR without Frankie.
Sarzo is from Cuba,......and a really good guy.
If you look up the video of QR in 2012 at the M3 festival that's the version of them I saw
Got to see them Halloween night of 85' memorial hall Kansas City, Kansas. Whitesnake opened the show...
Rudy still acting like he was back in the 80s. Fuk Yeah. .🤘🤘🤘. RIP Kevin, Frankie & Randy.😪😪😪
