Your music helped keep my focused during some of my darkest days on the block man. My take on cancer from my own parents getting it is eat everything organic. Many people are unable to afford it, but I know you can. If you’re too busy have somebody meal prep all organic meals for you. My mom was skeptical at first after her 3rd time getting cancer, but when I moved to Washington she admired that her switching to organic food was the best she felt in years. GMO ingredients fuel cancer, but at least we have the non-gmo project verified seal now. We didn’t have that growing up in the 90’s and for those who can’t afford to go all organic. Stay positive and determined big dog you’ll get through it

It’s just been hard to even make meals when I don’t have a solid place to live and I’ve been homeless/house hopping for a year or two. it also sucks because I’ve developed an eating disorder because of my stomach issues I’ve been having so I just eat whatever is easiest whenever I’m hungry. I definitely think processed foods are killing me.
Your best option being currently homeless would be canned chicken with the minimal amount of ingredients in it (especially stay away from the crap that has soybean/canola oil, etc) and microwave rice with minimal ingredients and any fresh chopped fruits or veggies you can get your hands on. Hot sauce without gmo oils will also help with taste. I was homeless with a whole ass family at one point man that shit ain’t easy but at least there are options that won’t wreak havoc on your digestive system. I eat food for what it does rather than taste but I will add hot sauce if I get tired of it. Stay positive man, months from now you will laugh at the hardships you endured.

You’d be surprised how little time it takes to make 3 meals a week. Marinating takes up most of the time.
