This is such a genuine and easy to follow review. Thank you so much! I've heard good things about Cosori but the size always put me off because I wanted something bigger, this will definitely do. Hey Doug, this Dual Blaze is the BEST Cosori air fryer yet!! I'm glad I took a chance on it. And adjusting temps & time is easy. Takes a little experimenting but I've yet to ruin a meal in it. I may order a second one:)
I get my duel blaze tomorrow. First thing im going to try is baking. Everything ive read is the the botton burner will be great for pot pies or sweet pies and even cakes!
Oh shoot. I think I might need another Cosori AF!! I gave my son my 5.8 and bought a 7.0 with the flip door. I LOVE it. It's easier to clean than the 5.8 and has slotted shelves as well as the basket. The only thing I don't like is the crisping tray falls out if I "dump" the food out, so I brace the tray with a silicone spoon before turning the basket over. It looks like they fixed that with the silicone gaskets on this version. So, I really don't *need* another air fryer. But we all know we have those times we wish we could air fry more than one food at the same time. So...
I have the 5.8 quart and have had it over a year and love it!! I was so tempted to get this, until I saw the Cosori VeSync Aeroblaze Indoor Grill. Bought that instead, and I love it! Great video! Thank you for posting and happy eating! :)

Great video unboxing and walk through cooking with this Doug. What a great machine, someday I will have a Cosori when my Cooks Essentials quits. I love the look of this machine and I do like that bottom burner. I am wondering if there is more things to cook without that grate so you get the browning, like the steaks you are going to try or if the grill grate is better. Love it, love it, love it! However, I was hoping that you would use the Echo a little bit. I know it’s not intuitive, but as a blind cook, it works great for me, as does the VeSync app. This might be my next Cosori! My other one is still hanging in there though.

Love the design of this new Corsair air fryer. Overall I like the Corsair air fryer I currently have but after awhile the slats in the basket become hard to clean. This new design does not have any slats.

I have the Cosori Pro Air Fryer 5.8 Qt.. It did come with a Recipe book but, I still adjust my time.. Loving the Blaze much better!!!! Thank Doug... Oh and just put Buttah on those veggies.. LOL Love My Butter 🥰
Doug, check out the Cosori Air Frier 5.7 . I like it much better than the 8 Quart Air Frier the inner plate is pain to get in without popping off the rubber side pieces. The 5.7 comes with a recipe book with 150 different things to cook. The basket does separate which I do like which keeps the grease in the bottom.
I’ve recently came across your videos and subscribed just after watching a few. I like how you give out information about the air fryers you use as well as giving us food ideas. I do have a question about Cosori Dual Blaze. Lot of people complained about the control panel not lighting up like the pro 2 and that it is hard to see. Is it true that it’s hard to select buttons since they don’t glow until actually pushing it. That is the only thing stopping me from getting it and I would really appreciate it if you can answer that for me. Thank you in advance and wish you more success and recognition I believe you truly deserve.
Reading up on this fryer ..it states no shake or preheat or flip cause of the dual heat..I love your review and foods you can use for this unboxing. Could you please do some reviews of like chicken wings…mozzarella sticks..maybe fish or shrimp etc with your seasonings you use. Can you start cooking from an app like the older smart model? the fact of not having the removable basket, when the dishes are poured, does the melted fat collected under the grill fall with the food or is it retained?
Thanks for the video. One thing I noticed is that it's missing a "shake" option, to check the food halfway. It's one of my favorite features of my 5.9 qt.
I currently own 2 Cosori's. I have ONE concern about the dual blaze. I have a HUGE collection of air fryer recipes. Do you find that you have to SHORTEN the cooking time since it cooks both top AND bottom? I don't want to spend weeks recalculating all my recipes' cooking times.
OK. So asked Cosori about time & temps. This is their answer: "If you do want to use recipes from another model with the Dual Blaze, you will have to adjust the time anywhere between 5-10 minutes less and 10-15 degrees lower than the stated time and temperature. However, these are approximations and you may need to adjust it accordingly with your preference." So there you have it. P.S. My new Dual Blaze is arriving tomorrow:)

Hi Doug: Have you cleaned the crisper plate & removed the rubber stoppers? I did & am having trouble getting the stoppers back on. Cosori was less than helpful with the issue. Thanks as always.

Hi! Love the video, it's super useful! Have you maybe had the chance to clean the upper heater? Like if you cook bacon in it, doesn't the fat in it get sprayed upwards a bit so you would have to clean it? Sorry if that sounds weird, English isn't my first language :D

So you have to cook your meat 1st let it sit and get cold or put it under some sort of a warmer and get dried out while you cook your vegetables...yeah no thanks
Bought this brand and disappointed me, too small, my Chefman got burned, though it only does well the rotisserie, I just order ninja . But this model seems nice, top and bottom, hmm
I am very happy with the Cosori Air Fryer. It's the perfect size for the two of us. The biggest tip is do not put parchment paper - the pre-cuts are very nice - in the basket during the pre-heat setting. You will catch it on fire. Also use Avocado Oil if you're using oil. It has a high smoke point to it. RUclips has been great with finding recipes for the Air Fryer.

Why can’t the tray be stainless steel for these air fryers? Why is it always non stick?
Nice review - this is the newer Corsori - no shaking or flipping needed. The dual burners make it the no shake/flip needed. Hope you are enjoying it!

The Cosori Dual Blaze doesn't require the shake because it has a cooking element on the bottom also... hence the name Dual Blaze !

Perhaps if you didn't use the crisper tray and cooked the chicken directly on the bottom, it might have browned better.

Negative. The basket is a single unit with a crisper tray like most air fryers.
