- Cebu I.T. Park is the flagship project of the subsidiary Cebu Property Ventures and Development Corporation (CPVDC). It is a 27-hectare I.T. economic zone and a modern trading hub with a global gateway. The Park was recognized on April 6, 2000, by the Philippine Economic Zone Authority Board (PEZA) as an Information Technology park and was granted Special Economic Zone Status by virtue of Presidential Proclamation No. 12 on February 27, 2001.
Home to over a hundred I.T. companies and related services, Cebu I.T. Park is host to over 70 percent of Cebu’s business process outsourcing (BPO) industry. In 2011, the workforce in Cebu I.T. Park grew by 20 percent to almost 23,000 compared to the previous year.

I wonder kung pwedeng mabili yung mga properties in between the 2 enclave so they can be more connected and you can easily walk from one to another?
@@makoy731 Possibly. perhaps, yea, both places are at a walkable distance.. Archibishop Reyes Avenue has a part there where there's a slum area and if that can be bought and turned into or developed into an extension of Cebu Business Park connecting to I.T. Park, there will be a bigger room for improvement / commercial development.
@@makoy731 what i heard before the plan was to really connect both business districts. hopefully the government can relocate those citizens in the brgy luz area to give way for the development. it would have been nice for sure.
@@macvincemosquera9616they need to find businesses willing to want to build though. The way it is atm, neither Bsuoness Park or IT park are filled up. Most of their lots remain empty. It will remain this way as long as there are continued restrictions on foreign direct investment and ownership rights of business properties in the PH. Something our neighbors don’t have to worry about because they, like the rest of the world, have modernized themselves into globalized economies. Here, we are still protective of the Filipino oligarch families against much fairer and ethical Western companies who would offer locals much higher average salaries as direct hires, and challenge the corrupt BPO system at its core. You see why it’s hopeless to think it will happen here? 😂

Yes. These are the remaining videos from my trip to Cebu.
I've visited the place in July 2023. It's better and condensed than Alabang. At night, it's more vibrant. They have this "mercato style" area that is full of customers and I noticed that there were so many foreigners in that place, mostly Asians. I love Cebu.
