Pandora was founded in 1982 by Danish gold smith Per Enevoldsen and his then wife Winnie Enevoldsen. After a successful wholesale venture, in 1989 Enevoldsen hired in-house designers and established a manufacturing site in Thailand, where it is still located today.
Since then a growing number of fake Pandora jewelry has been flooding the market. Below are a few steps to identify fake Pandora beads & charms.

Fake PANDORA charms often aren't made of silver.
Fake items tend to tarnish rather quickly.
The workmanship is usually of a poor quality.
The CZs (cubic zirconias) fall out quite soon.
They can irritate the skin as the materials used to make them are the cheapest possible.

The nodes are different, the fake ones are Hella thin and quite pronounced whereas the real ones appear to be slightly wider and flater, look more solid, at least to me.

Don’t believe on all these nonsense…. Better to visit store & ask them simply that is this original or fake? & even more better thing is buy only from pandora store or their official website. Don’t buy from local store. Else you get fake only.

I have both like you one old one I bought 8 years ago and another one bought one month ago
I bought both from Pandora and when I went to buy the second one the girl in the store didn't tell me anything about my old one and I told to her I wanted to polish my old one she it's would take one week to polish because it's old
I think the difference between both is one is old and the other one is new
My bracelet was purchased in a Pandora store and it has the code on the stone but not on the bracelet itself
S925 means that the raw material of the product is 92.5% of sterling silver plus 7.5% of alloy. If it's not mentioned, then the product does not have such a composition, but it doesn't mean that it's not original. In your case I think that the product is genuine (purchased from the official store) but the coil is not S925.

Did not find this of much help people. Read all the comments. I am sure his fake bracelet if fake though, it s the line that goes up and down on the real one.
None of my chain bracelet has the hallmark as yours, but only inside the "stone" or clasp / closure. All of mine were bought from Pandora directly. Could you tell us what year yours were issued in? I wonder if Pandora changed their hallmarking practice at some point? Or changed their silver contents?

You bracelets do actually open up and get black cracks in them like the fake ones, as they open up :)
That shouldn't happen if you wear the clips on the coil. It prevents stretching for that very reason, which is why the "nodules" are there in the first place. I have 6 bracelets, one I've worn since 2018 every day all day, all bought from Pandora in store - not a singular one has opened up.
@@ImogenLaciMai that's strange, I got both of mine from Pandora, and it opened up a tiny bit over time not massively. It's the right size etc. So that's strange! I have 2 and I've never worn my newest one with charms yet, but my old one had opened up a tiny bit, while my other one I haven't worn hasn't opened at all!

Compre en tienda on line Pandora un colgante que luego vendí por haberlo repetido y me dijeron que era falso y es que en la siguiente tanda habían hecho un cambio. Así con un montón de mi colección desde que salio la marca, muchos ni pone Pandora u otra señal posterior. Siendo el acabado manual, nunca salen iguales.
