Hi,
The first one bracelet that you show in your video is the snake chain bracelet with a heart. I received a very similar one that is not Pandora. When the clasp is closed but the bracelet is open, the heart spins 360 degrees easily. When the clasp is closed and the bracelet is closed (connected, as you showed us how to do in the video), the heart no longer spins. It's "stuck" in the same position... It stands up. So when I put the bracelet on, the heart can't rest flat against my wrist. The pointy part of the heart is perpendicular to my wrist instead of parallel to it. From watching your video, it seems like it should be able to continue to spin and lay flat against my wrist. RIGHT? :) Thanks!
