Super and how do make lady finger fry what is the recipe
Just heat 2 tbs oil do some thadka with mustard seeds curry leaves and dry chillies..add ladies finger cut into 1 inch pieces..saute 1 mt..add salt and half tsp Turmeric powder saute..if you want it spicy add 2 or 3 slit green chillies also... close with a lid and cook for 5 mts .then open and saute in low medium flame until fried according to need

You can roll it like chappathi with the help of little pathiri podi...but it should be rolled very thin and if it is difficult to get the correct shape can use a tiffin lid as a round cutter as l showed dear 🥰🤗
