My brother is a sprinkler fitter and redid a building that was built in early 1900, he showed me a simple valve that was BEAUTIFUL! Just so much detail and markings, it was a literal work of art on just a valve! And it lasted over 100 years lol, The hours spent on one valve are how quickly they put up entire homes now

The fiat ranking are all off in the table. Fiat includes cash, so censorship resistance is not a D, probably a B or C. Fiat is also extremely fungible so it should be an A. It's also easy to verify and easily divisible. Both should be A.
The most important question was not addressed: how do you sell your wife on selling the house and start renting?

Many also buy CRE for the income it provides as well as the depreciation they can take against it. The reality is that Bitcoin is far superior, it just doesn't solve for these two items yet.
Gold scarcity is not an A+. At best it's a B+/A-
