These are great guidelines to address yourself personally. Where do you see yourself in terms of respecting yourself? Self respect is an important component and is foundational.

Thanks for the video Grace. Regarding A (everyone has a unique value), I see people didn’t get promotion because of a light accent. What are your thoughts on that? In my opinion, work environment isn’t a English speaking competition. Ppl need to perform and produce.
Also, what are your thoughts on when a manager or a colleague makes mistakes, either they say it’s accident or ignore it. When you make mistakes, a manager writes you up or a colleague points the fingers at you.

Good tips. I'd probably use a different word than "reprimand" since that's essentially synonymous with punishment and I've never heard it used in a positive context. My *feedback* would be to swap it out with something like "feedback," "evaluation," or heck, even "constructive criticism." ;) Also, I just went through this EXACT ISSUE where I was given pretty much nothing but positive feedback, told I was on the top of the list of people to move up for EOY promotions...and it didn't happen. No SMART goals, no boxes to check. Just a lot of "keep doing what you're doing!" Definitely would have appreciated more constructive criticism, and definitely lost trust in my leadership! So true!

Not always true. I had a situation where I showed appreciation and respect to an assistant and he tried to undermine me.

It's confusing when you try to use "ABC"s acronyms in multiple videos for different topics

Write it down and go over when you need to and you won’t be confused. There are ABCs in so many different topics in the world, this isn’t the first.

This confusion tells me that you are actively participating in your life’s plan for success. Good for you. This confusion will add another dimension to your thought process that will take you higher once you reconcile it.
