Often, some leaders( Senior Corporate Leaders /Startup Founders) stagnate in their growth journey despite being highly competent at their work. One of the most common reasons for this stagnation or slow growth is the lack of a powerful Executive Presence. The term 'Executive Presence' is often misunderstood.
