- We are out here! First ride on the JONES AVIATOR 2.0!!!!
Got to take this brand new Jones board out and take it for its first few laps!
I had an epic day with friends on Whistler, good conditions and it wasn't to busy. This gave me tons of time to demo this board and put it through its paces!
I was riding the 158cm version, it also comes in a 159W and a 162 I believe. The board is 8/10 stiffness with a cool Koroyd Nose to keep the overall weight down and help the twin shape float in the deeper snow better.

Thanks mate , you convinced me to get this board, for next season. Can’t wait buy and ride this beast. Do have one question, what boot size are you? I’m 10.5 so not sure if I should get the wide version or not.
I am a 9/9.5 boot and felt fine. you can always double check the waist width on the regular or the wide version and see if your boot will fit
Sick. Love the energy man! Trying to not buy another new board got too many haha but eyeing this thing big time... What size boots are you? I'm size 11 so I'm thinking I'd probably have to go for the wide version

Do you testing for carving or only skidded turns? I have B. Custom Camber and Jones UMT. I would like carving, what do you think, the change from Custom or UMT to This aviator 2.0??
Hi! I was not able to collect much footage of me carving on the board but I did a few groomer laps after and it felt great. I really enjoyed the aviator 2.0 and you probably would too. It is fun switching it up and riding something different. Maybe pop into your local shop and speak to someone in the snowboard department who rides where you ride and maybe can give you a better idea on what board would suit you the best!
Did you notice a difference with the kyrod tip?

Would you compare it to the warpig and the capita super doa please
waprig is sick, DOA is a twin sooooooo it rides more like a twin, plus it is narrower and way different.
Warpig or Aviator 2.0 ?? If you could keep one of these which would it be ?
aviator 2.0.... seems a little bit beefier then the warpig. might last longer with everyday abuse

What size boot do you wear? I’m an 11 and got the 154, wondering if it was a good choice
should be fine... When I am deciding the length of a board, I usually let the weight chart determine it for me
wide def .... 154 is good for 9 us
@@evanstott Hey so I'm 19 and 150 pound w/o gear on. The 154 is a 140-190lbs weight range while the 158 was 150-200lbs. I'm still growing and will definitely be more than 150lbs I'm just not sure if it's worth getting a 154 if I'll put on weight within a year or two. What do you think?

@@evanstott would be cool to just hear live noise...a tiny bit of music maybe, but so many channels are jamming music into every second of riding footage, and like ...makes it feel cheap and kinda lame
