    I m living in Turkey and I can't find a teacher who can at least read sheet music faster than me. They only know to play chords in bands. I need a teacher like you. Someone who is really deep into classical music

      @@PianoTechSupport Hey! Is beethoven tempest as hard as people says ? I played mozart 9th sonata and now attempting to tempest but i can say tempest is way easier. More pedal, less rules(there are rules but you dont have to stick them as mozart) and espacially more free rhytm (not as much as romantics).

    could you do a video on Liszt type of octaves and passages? i can get them fast but it’s very sloppy. especially in his Sonata in B minor. of course if possible! also, does weightlifting affect my technique?

    The Best Piano Method is the following:
    1.) Play by Ear
    2.) Sheet Music
    3.) Get a Method book such as Faber Piano Adventures or get a Piano Teacher
    4.) Learn From RUclips
    5.) Learn Music Theory and Improvisation

    Can you play be ear? Do you think you can learn it, even if you can't do it after years of learning piano with a teacher?

    • @pianisthenics
      @pianisthenics Год назад

      Yes, most of the decent pianists can play by ear to certain degree, of course, not everyone can do like Volodos. What’s your point?

      @@pianisthenics my point is that im playing piano for 8 years, 5 years with teacher and I can't play be ear. my teacher told me that's something you are born with and you can't learn it (he couldn't play by ear, but was amazing pianist and could hear single wrong note while I was playing in tempo which was amazing for me).
      so how do you learn how to play by ear?
      where should I start?

    • @pianisthenics
      @pianisthenics Год назад

      @@dilljordan7303 I think he meant you need to be born with absolute pitch in order to play by ear but I disagree. You can learn to play by ear via relative pitch, the relation/intervals between each notes/chords.
      I would start with hearing each note, sing with it, associate it with anything that comes up with rather than just the vibration of the strings, gives character of each individual tone. Once you kinda have your own characters of each 12 tones, start doing interval from 1 semitone to a full octave, build up from there and you can acquire relative pitch.
