@@BrickFighter13 The canon ending is the "Good Ending", where Cybil dies and Kauffman removes Samael from Alessa body with the Aglaophotis. If we go by internal logic though it makes sense since there's no reason for Harry to gather the red liquid in the hospital. He doesn't know what Aglaophotis is until later in the game.
Whatever happens, I hope it's not Konami doing SH themselves (see recent eFootball attempt). And that Kojima rumor gets old and too good to be true, but hell, why not. I would so much better liked that first rumor with Toyama and Ito and Yamaoka and Sony coming true. Oh, well. Let's go back to limbo and old good nostalgia, I guess

Wow. Just finished the game normally, got the bad ending. I was gonna get the good one but decided against it. Seeing all the endings, all of them are bad and disappointing. Even in this one, Cheryl isn't really herself anymore. It's nice that Cybil's alive, but she's not why Harry went through all this.

Always loved the ending song to this ending "Tears of...", it's such a beautiful song to go with this ending as it's a happy one for Harry and Cybil

Unfortunately, you can't always save everyone. You just do the best you can, and I think the endings are reflective of that.
