Scandinavian prisons are meant to be really nice, they attempt to rehabilitate rather than punish and people rarely go back because they have actually benefitted from it

I'm from Zambia and the reality of the severity of our prison system is not exactly talked about locally. I always knew it was not exactly great but never knew it was this bad.

I love this but I got so used to all the previous military videos that I wonder if the channel would make a video about preparing oneself in order to join the military, like trying to pass the fitness test.
Run 2 miles a day and you'll be fine. Do at a minimum 60 pushups and sit ups under a minute to be golden.
While I was locked up in Fulton Missouri, they were so overcrowded they had setup tents within the compound.

Thats a way you dont want to come to brazil. Here, we call prisions crime schools (you enter a thief, you get out in drug dealing) since its really crowded and is controlled by crime factions. Theres almost none security there, its overflowing with 54% of superpopulation and time to time, they revolt causing a genocide there.

Belgian prisons are not to bad. We heave a slight overpopulation problem but for the rest it is quite nice. Libraries, Workshops and some even get a laptop with internet connecion. There are actualy homeless people doing crimes to get caought and thus can take jail as a relieve from the cold.

Unfortunately I have been in this situation..but it was a #103 man dorm..it actually wasn't too bad as long as everyone was either sedated or high on something..otherwise it was an episode of Game Of Thrones

These prison systems are so flawed. Packing inmates in a jam-packed prison cell will not help. Prison should be about rehabilitation, so the victim can change their ways and not repeat the same offence.
