@@omar_vlogger I think so daily for 2 months and then stop for one month and then again for 2 months . You can also consult to dermatologist, he will guide u properly regarding this.

i use a blow dryer but i put it on the cold or medium blow temp so its amazing for styling without damaging my hair
FINALLY! Someone is serious about the no shampoo mode.
I have good hair genetics but I barely ever use shampoo, only conditioner and over the year I have felt that it has played a big part in keeping my hair smooth and thick,
Whenever I get compliments for my my hair people mention their hair thinning and the first question I ask them is the amount of times a week they use shampoo, they always say 3 times a week and it is very tough to make them believe that they should stop doing it.
Conditioner is a great cleanser, stay away from shampoo!
Start with once a week and slowly you will be comfortable with not using it for 15 days!
I barely shampoo my hair more than 4 times a month.

I agree bro I hardly shampoo and I just the steam room in my house as a way of removing build up if I do have any in my scalp.
But I do shampoo like once a week

Alex, I have a blowdrying problem. Please help😕My hair would get wavy after 5 minutes of blowdrying even though I apply a generous amount of OGX Argan Oil as a prestyler but then after 5 minutes, wavy again. And my hair is too hard to manage, I have wavy thick hair. It's hard to maintain a quiff with this type of hair texture😕

Great video as always Alex but I have an issue with biotin, I took biotin for a long time but instead of getting good results what happened was my face got oily I gained a lot of water weight and didn’t find any good results. I have a question that is my scalp is really itchy and I have dandruff will cleaning my scalp help me to get thicker, longer and shiny hair.
Be sure to drink a lot of water when taking biotin supplements. Biotin really triggers acne breakout
