Yes, but how do we make them stop happening? Please, someone tell me how. How do we get cops and other ignorant people to stop thinking that color means a damn thing? Or to assume that she was armed without even checking first? All she did was open her backpack. They didn't even let her finish before they assumed she was armed. I hate this world sometimes. This is so sad. You can’t just assume someone’s a criminal, just by what they wear, where there from, or by the colour of their skin. I’m pretty sure the father will sue the police department for millions of dollars for shooting his daughter and that guy who made the false call will end up in a maximum security prison in another country for the rest of his live.

No he shouldn’t. The person who made the false report is held accountable. The cop who killed the teenager was only doing his job. To protect. But he was upset after he learned about her pregnancy and he felt bad. The fact he arrested the right person at the very end means a lot. So no he should not be held accountable. He would probably get a warning from the head chief but that’s it I think. Rest In Peace to the teenage girl.

At least the officer felt regret. But the guy who made the call should be charged with murder. Not only a life has been lost but 2 of them and the other didn't even get a chance. That's kinda sad. 😭😭

Only if this was a reality, when a person makes a phone call and someone dies because of their false reports or assumptions they should be charged with 1st degree murder and given the persons age * 10000 years in jail. Of course of a minimum of 10 if a persons age is less than 10.
Nobody can really live hundreds or thousands of years in modern society, although 100 years
in jail feels necessary.
