UPDATE: I solved the blush mystery! The coral blush has shimmer which sometimes causes a "light switch" effect where if you turn out of the light it looks darker on the skin and when it's reflecting light directly it looks lighter (just like a highlighter) so that's what was happening with the coral blush and why it appeared darker when I was facing the camera I'm wearing both palettes again today and I still absolutely love them! xx

You also went in with the same brush into the coral after the pink, so maybe some of the tint embedded into the brush bristles inevitably transferred during coral shade application. Could also be a factor? Thank you for the swatched and review!
These colours look absolutely stunning on you, I think maroons would look so beautiful on your big pretty blue eyes as well!

I was not expecting the eyeshadows to be that pigmented. Nice to hear that there is minimal fallout. The blushes might look really nice, if the colors are combined on the cheek. It might give off a more dimensional, almost watercolor effect.
I love mine, I got it in the black. I use it as a card case, the mirror inside is just an added bonus.

You look stunning. The coral shade comes off as a darker pink and more luminous finish. Both are very pretty. I love the whole collection. I like that you keep the packaging and just purchase refills. I think all high end makeup should be the same where you don't throw out the expensive packaging and just purchase new refills. I picked up the same cheek palette and the Rouges Follies eye palette.
I'm wearing the coral blush again today, I think the reason it looked so dark was because the shimmer was creating that light switch effect. When my cheek is towards the light it looks completely different to when I'm facing forward. I really love the shade though! I hope you enjoy your products too! xx

You just created a gorgeous eye look. I am not a makeup artist. But that eye palette really is calling my name. I only wear makeup if we are going out. But….. love that palette.

Hi Erin. I think you used the same brush for both blushes. It might be the reason you do not see a difference in shades. I picked up the face palette in So Chick. The colors are intense and beautiful. They are definitely very different: one flashy pink and one flashy coral. I have fair skin but I really love this palette for summer. xoxo from Paris
I was careful not to use the same side and I wiped the brush off beforehand but what I've discovered is that since the coral blush has a sheen to it, it acts like a highlighter so when my face is forward it appears darker but when i turn to the side so the light is shining directly on my cheek, it looks more light coral. It was playing tricks with my eyes! I'm wearing the coral today and I noticed the same thing :) xx
I loved BOTH this look and the earlier one with So Delikate on cheeks and eyes! Great job, even though you need one of the other face palettes with this eye palette!

Now I am totally convinced that I want the eyeshadow palette as well! The shades look truly stunning on you! I have just opened my package and I totally agree that the palette feels and looks luxurious! Mine Cheek is So Chic and the two blushes look fabulous and different. There will be no problem to see which one is rose and which is coral! I think this So Chic may possibly go better with the Rose Pigalle eyeshadows. I think you picked the most versatile version. I feel like the promo pictures does not do this collection justice 😂 when I saw sneak peeks I was confused especially since the lipsticks are gorgeous! But the blush palette looks so beautiful! I would definitely have to see this in person to make a decision! And also I'd definitely wait for a sale 😂 I know the face Palette will be very expensive in Canada!

Omgoodness. You look absolutely stunning, and your eyelashes are so long and just gorgeous! I love the look you did with the eye palette and how you used every single color in your look. It was hard to see very much difference in the two blush colors once they were on cheek which is so interesting because the side by side swatch was very visible. And for a few seconds I almost would have thought that the coral and pink were flipped if I was really trying to analyze it. I do understand what you mean with feeling like the blush and eyes clash a little teeny bit as most of the eye colors are very warm. The end result is still gorgeous, I don’t think you are capable of looking anything but gorgeous though Xo
The eyeshadows look stunning on you. I’m still waiting to receive mine. I received the blush and it’s very pretty. I did the same thing tried blushes on different cheek & had a hard time seeing difference between the pink & coral. Very nice review of the collection! 😊❤️

I think both the eye and cheek palette looked gorgeous on you! I think the brand is pairing the So Delikate cheek palette with the Rouges Follies eye palette - I personally don't think that the Rose Pigalle shades clashed with your blushes at all though. I ordered and am waiting for the Bronze Eloise and Rose Pigalle shadows along with the So Pink blush palette..but now I feel like I'm going to need So Delikate 😍- I don't love coral tones so I was actually excited to see that they looked like two pink shades on you! 😘
I'm so sorry I look like a stalker here but I had to make one more comment, I think the final look is stunning!! I think it pulled together well, whether the blusher is neutral or not, it still looks stunning

When I saw the initial photo reveal for these I thought it looked cheap…like makeup revolution. But now that I’ve seen some reviews that package looks beautiful and lux! And the quality of the shadows look really good too. I don’t really love any of the color stories, so I don’t plan to purchase anything now but I might be tempted if they come out with a color story I really like. Thanks for the review!

I love the eyeshadows on you! So pretty colors! The blushes are very nice too the pink looks little cooler to me and the coral little warmer pink at least thats how it shows in my laptop screen :) Wish they were not that pricey hehe

Did you use the same brush for the second blush? I think the pink mixed in with the coral so that’s why we couldn’t see much distinction. It looks very pretty and I agree with you that the black palette is prettiest.

I think those blushers are absolutely beautiful I did watch a video where somebody was calling this a cash grab but seeing these in action I just don't feel that way
I love both palettes, I actually prefer the eyeshadow formula to some of my Chanel and Dior palettes! In my opinion a "cash grab" is when a brand or celebrity releases a product quickly without a lot of thought or intention to make money fast. If Louboutin wanted to create a "cash grab" they wouldn't create refillable high quality packaging with lots of details and inspiration (the note inside, the red bottom key, the red back, the design imprinted on the powder etc.) and the cost would be lower to appeal to a mass audience without regard to their luxury target market. I often see the term "cash grab" thrown around and it doesn't always make sense to me, like in what way? They clearly put a lot of thought into this launch lol xx

Thank you! Yes what I figured out was the shimmer was creating what I call the light switch effect, it looked darker facing forward but when I turned my cheek to the side it was a lighter coral color. I love both blushes! xx

I think it's still plastic but it's not your typical plastic compact, maybe because of the magnets inside but ti feels really heavy especially when it's filled! xx
