How does this foundation compare to your beloved Chanel ultra le tient flawless face and the Guerlian 24hr wear foundation? Trying to decide between the 3 and our preferences are very similar!

I LOOOOOOOOVE THIS BLUSH! SO UNIC! And with the lipstic is really pretty! Very glamour!
Sadly the packaging looks more drug store than luxury. I feel like they could have done a bit better especially with the refillable products. It is their first launch tho so maybe nicer things will come later. Their packaging is amazing in their fragrances so they are capable of making beautiful pieces.
WOW...Erin, another new makeup line!!! After I finish my 17 bottles of trying new foundations I am excited to try a few products in the Valentine Beauty. Sounds GOOD!

OMG!!! I love everything, the foundation color on my TV looks perfect with this tan, blush is stunning, but the most what I’m absolutely in love are Glitter and lipstick! This lipstick color looks sooo beautiful on you! 😍😍😍🥰🥰🥰

I personally LOVE the lip with the eye so pretty, yah a nude would be pretty too but this is very summery and warm with your skin tone right now it just works well IMO 💫🙋🏼♀️😌 thank you for this video I think I may pick up a few things now ...
I really didn’t have this foundation on my radar but my interest is definitely peeked now!! Going back and forth on MN2 and MN3. Hmmm? Lol

This may be the lightning trick, but lips are warm-coloured and cheeks seems to be cool. Also the foundation shade looks a bit olive-toned, that could also influence the feeling from other colours.
The packaging is very tacky looking. But that lipstick in Hot Beige is gorgeous! It reminds me of the old frosted lips of the 60s. It's unusual, isn't it? The way you described the foundation sounds like the By Terry hyaluronic foundation. It's also quite thin and liquidy with a finish that is not matte yet not dewy. (I found that foundation to be drying in spite of the way it's promoted.)
The blush compact kind of reminds me of some of the Victoria's Secret compacts they used to have when they had a makeup line haha
Glitter reminds me of Victoria Beckham lid luster😊

I am with you on the packaging, I was expecting something similar to TF. The foundation and face products look pretty on you! I will have to skip the foundation because I have dry skin and I usually run from matte finishes! Thank you so much for sharing this with us!!!

I literally binged all your luxury makeup videos last week to upgrade my purse pullout game. I can’t wait to find this line in Atlanta.
Lipstick looks really pretty on you! I am glad you gave up on checking how to refill the lipstick because mine is coming out constantly ever since I discovered how to do it. All you needed to do was pull the gold tube/barrel holding the lipstick and it will pop out. I wanted to see how easy it was to refill because I was considering purchasing another shade but the packaging is so poor that I decided not to bother. The lipstick itself is really quite good though…. Just the packaging is the issue! Great review Erin! 😊
Hi you can always purchase a foundation adjuster to make it lighter. I like the Face Atelier brand 😀
I agree with those that have said this color is 🔥. I’m running to buy this. Years ago I bought a LE Armani lipstick that looks very similar and I’ve never been able to find the color again!

You are so right! They should have used their regular font as the logo or the logo they use on the shoes for all of the cosmetic packaging. The packaging does look substantial, though. I love the red colour.

I’m waiting for Valentino to sell the refills of the blushes. I’d consider buying them and popping them into a magnetic palette. If they’re smart, they’ll shelve the packaging till they redesign it, and just sell the pans.
It’s Erin’s excitement and sound effects for me 😂 I think the color lipstick is beautiful on you, I would love to see it with a different blush and eye shadow. I think that’s why it looked a little off

Also I was watching one of your older videos on the Chanel liquid lipsticks, and I can’t get over how absolutely gorgeous you looked with your darker hair. I hope that doesn’t come off wrong because you’re stunning either way, I just thought the dark hair really made your eyes pop. ♥️

Thanks for the review Erin. You are beautiful as always. I love the lipstick and blush on you but I think they will look better with a lighter toned foundation look in the winter. P.S. I have been watching your videos since the start and wanted to comment that I personally love Victoria Beckham's lipsticks, liners, eyeshadows, and eyeliners and think you would too. You need to give the eyeshadows and lid lustres a try for sure.

Ended up getting the
• Lipstick (209A TOO HOT)
• Blush palette (01 Born In Roma) also scented
• Glitter pot (#2 Go For Gold)
• The Stick With Me Glitter Primer
in an Influenster Vox Box and I fell in love with the lipstick as well as the packaging as a whole for all the products, except the primer, but I didn’t enjoy the rest. The glitter is so large, rough, and sticks way too well. The blush being a powder and too pink for my skin complexion was already a bust, but the fact that the blush was scented and is difficult to apply because it’s so faint made it worse. Only because I’d be spending too much time building my blush when I could just be one and done with a deep pink liquid and a beauty blender. The tiny brush it comes with can’t transfer the product so I’d have to keep applying to try to reach my desired color or use my own tool to pick up enough, even though I understood why it was added. Other than that, I absolutely love the lipstick with its mirror casing and Valentino engravings. It was a really nice touch but I honestly think the packaging is better than the products itself. They just didn’t hit well enough for me to think about buying more after.

It gives me very strong Barbie doll vibes. There’s something that feels very artificial about the color story, which feels a bit off because you have such incredible natural beauty

First of all, your earrings are gorgeous, love them. As for the Valentino makeup, I had heard there were not a lot of positive reviews. There is not really anything I would purchase at this time as I am quite happy with my Chanel foundations and concealer which I find are perfect for me. I think Valentino should improve their packaging, which is a turnoff right there; especially when one is paying luxury prices. I love the glitter eyeshadow, but that is more of a special occasion product. I think, Erin, you did an amazing job in making these products work. You look beautiful, as always. xxoo

Hi Erin: A quick sidebar...do you still enjoy your large makeup mirror? You provided a link for it from Amazon a while ago and I am close to ordering. Just wanted to double check to make sure you still would recommend it now. Are the light bulbs easy to find when need to be replaced? Get the light you need/want? Is there a difference between the black and the white colors in the mirror when applying your makeup or is that simply personal choice? Thanks so much for this slight off to the side conversation...appreciate you input before I order mine. Thanks again! :)
Your makeup looks gorgeous! I love the blush. The eye glitter reminds me of Victoria Beckham's Lid Lustres. They are creamy sparkle/glitters with pigment. Chanel's New Moon is bigger glitter and not as creamy as VB Lid Lustres.

For prices like that, packaging matters. I love luxurious, weighted packaging. Those look pretty, same with the Hermes blushes, but the weight just isn’t there. It matters. The foundation and primer look lovely though! Thanks for reviewing. Please do not buy the Hourglass eyeshadows, they do not deserve anyone’s money. Lack of inclusivity with shade range, and now these eyeshadows? No thanks!

ERin, thank you for this Valentino review! The look you created is beautiful! Love the glittery eye- gorgeous! I haven't purchased anything Valentino yet as Selfridges stopped shipping a lot of products to the USA or Europe right now. I was tempted by the blushes- the shade selection looks wonderful, but yes, packaging may just kill the deal for me. The glitter eye pod looks amazing though! The lipstick is a pass right now for sure. The foundation and primer look really great and smooth on you. I may still purchase one or two pieces from this collection once I'm back in the USA, or I may just forget about this collection at that point. Who knows!;-) xx

I've chosen to skip this entire collection (mainly because of the poor packaging - exclusive products need exclusive packaging in my opinion) in favor of the Louboutin.
The lipstick looks great on you, so that could in the end tempt me, but for now I will skip it.
I will rather save my money for the Hérmes launch and Chanel No. 5 tribute, those I will definitely buy.
I’ve had my eye on the Hermès highlighter that leaked a few months ago, but haven’t heard any updates on it at all

They make it light as people complain when it’s heavy you can’t please people. Tom Ford actually changed his packaging because this reason complaints about weight.

Thanks for doing this review. Definitely will not be buying this collection as i find it rather disappointing. Wasn't a fan of the blush color and for that matter the lipstick color. Really appreciate the work you put into this so that i wouldn't waste my hard earned money. Thank you.

I agree with other comments, looks like drug store packaging rather than luxury packaging. You made it work, hopefully you can return it if you're planning to do so. That's a lot of money if you're underwhelmed by the products. All that said, I happened to like the lipstick color along with your color story on the eyes.
Chanel has the same but thier glittle is got a gel but they do have lots of fall out. I think the only thing I like is the primer and glittler you are right it's like Chanel. I think you looks like jlo when glitter went on you look amazing but I have lots things to say about the brand the perfume Valentino is beautiful but the makeup brand is like copied and you can fund this stuff everywhere but better.
