The Truff pasta sauce is pretty damn solid.
Ehhh. I'm not a huge fun of the "lets put truffle oil in everything" craze. It ruins a lot of dishes by just overpowering literally everything in the dish. We experimented at the restaurant I was the chef for just to see if could incorporate it anywhere and the in my opinion the best use of it is in ketchup for french fries. Truffle ketchup is bomb but you only need a very tiny amount of truffle oil in it.
I tried the truff pasta sauce and thought it was a bit much. It just leaves a taste of truffle lingering in your mouth and it's not that enjoyable in my opinion. To each their own though.
@@HBZ I'm not a fan of truffle oil period. I haven't tried theirs. That said, Truff Pomodoro pasta sauce is damn tasty.
