I will never understand how people don’t get that remakes pre-2003 and 2003-present are totally different ball parks, very different breeds and eras of remakes.
Facts
Nice job with the video my friend. This was a fun watch.
I agree it is fun to watch
@@JoelCraike Still wish he included the Suspiria remake on here, my favorite film of 2018. Also the let the right one in remake is missing from here, another amazing one.
The Blob... literally the best, and most epic remake ever made... of ALL-TIME!!😇🤗
I don't like the idea of remakes but that was one of the very few I would consider better than the original. That movie fucked me up when I watched it for the first time.
A very solid job on your ''Tier List'' bro👍👍👍👍👍👍
I remember the "its Alive" remake baby made me think of Chucky...
Ohhh, good topic... I'm looking forward to watching this :)
Great their list. The bad remakes are crap at worst. The best like The Thing and The Blob are indeed awesome at best.
The thing 1982 is the best horror remake of all time
It is… but shouldn’t be compared or lumped in with remakes from 2003-present, as it’s a totally different mindset, motive and era of remakes
For me
Best: The Thing
Worst: Psycho
Body Snactchers 1993 is an overlooked remake, I actually prefer to 78 version. Overall modern horror remakes (post 2003) are generally bad there's only a few good ones.
MAN I am going to enjoy this 💪🍿🍿
Where would you have thrown the Suspiria reboot?
He said he never saw it
Never saw it.
6:25 🤣
11:02 who even calls black Christmas 2006 one of the best movies ever 😂
26:34 I give more of James Gunn's
script the pass for that 2004 remake being very good ok Snyder gets somewhat the pass for all the action scenes and set pieces the film has the one flaw it has we didn't need to see the end credits clips of what happens to what leads on the boat weather we don't really know for sure if they lived or died? Dough I'm one of the very few who believes they are still alive.
27:52 Agreed!
37:15 I never got all the hate for the F13TH Reboot I do feel it's very underrated my only nitpick is Jason would never ever kidnap one of his victims because it reminds him of his sister or his mother IMHO.
41:58 That 2007 remake didn't hold for me at all mostly because of his very shitty sequel he did in 2009 made me hate that remake with a passion nowadays.
49:21 Remember bro he didn't write that 2018 remake.
49:31 I enjoy a lot way more then the 1980 one but hey that's just me.
51:36 He directed it.
52:04 I'm not either.
52:47 The MPAA did a ton of cutting on that remake there's clips on YT of the workprint I really wish there was a way to clean up the unrated gore scenes to some how put it back in the finished film.
57:31 It sure is bro.
58:57 The only thing that I remember about that remake was Ryan Reynolds creepy performence but that's about it I have no desire to revisit it or own it.
1:01:02 Yes I agree 100% with you bro plus you really stole the show in that film Doug opps I mean Matt🤣🤣🤣🤣
I think you forgot Rob Zombie's Halloween II
That's not really a remake.
Rob Zombie halloween, bottom of the Barrel. 😂
Same
You missed the toolbox murders & you missed let me in.
The nightmare on elm street remake is one of the worst movies I’ve ever seen
i would put Wicker Man in Dogshit section that is worst movie i have seen in 20 something years..... idk how you put that to lame
That movie is awesome if you watch it as a comedy. Nic Cage is hilarious
@@harryparsons2750 if i wanted to watch Nicholas Cage going crazy would be Mandy or some his other movies either then to Dicker Man
