I got winter internship offer from PwC. Do you have any idea about next winter internship,will it be online or in-person?
+1 on the OT! I never had to work OT. But an intern in my intern class went overbudget on a project that wasn't approved and she definitely bragged about OT pay. She did not get a full-time offer 😶

I would like to ask some questions. How long do you receive the return offer after the internship? any tips or advice that you could give me for interviews?
Hey! The return offer is received usually at the end of the internship. As for interviews, be confident and go through a list of behavioral questions before hand to be familiar with potential questions

I'm in Lebanon, majored in finance but i'm 3weeks in my accounting internship since banks are dying here. I wonder why my intern is 8 - 15 months?
My question is what do you do for income following a completion of a paid internship? I have a paid one coming up which is great but I am not going to have a job or maybe I will coming out with one. But if I do not where do you go after a paid internship?

Asking some questions for my son. He just accepted a summer internship offer from pwc, Silicon Valley office. He will be graduating in June. What percentage of intern gets full time offer at the end ? In addition to pwc, he has other offers from other non big 4’firms. Do you recommend defer those to fall in case….?

JV Blanc yes! Usually January to March. Hahaha you don’t have to! Usually we do a large Starbucks group order and the intern carries the coffee trays^
@@zoeunlimited Thanks! I was just wondering because we only have two semesters. Usually the December classes are the winter sessions, then January to May is Spring 🤭😅.
(WHAT A RELIEF 🤭) Carrying coffee trays is no problem. 😂😂😂 When I hear coffee runs and whatnot, I thought "Is this like the part in stories where people make coffee for their senior and probably f*ck up?" 😂🤭😂😂😂 Starbucks did not even cross my mind. I guess living less than half a mile from starbucks in my town is not enough to remember the place 😅😅
Which country did you do the internship?
I’m on my sophomore year and i really want to start doing internships so by the time I graduate I can have a job somewhere. Did the big four ask for your official transcripts to check your GPA while applying? i’m worried my GPA might stop me from landing a internship or a potential job.
They will look at GPAs but also your holistic profile, so don’t be discouraged!
Can you do a resume review ? I am planning to apply for an internship at one Big4 company and my resume cannot be one page at this point. Should I remove some short term volunteer experiences then?
Remove everything that has less relevance. Try to prioritise. The interviewer won't even read the whole document
I studied biology in school and I applied for an internship program in pwc, for career transition. I am being interviewed tomorrow, I'm really worried cos I have no prior knowledge
Prerequisite for interns is to know how to do coffee runs 😅
It's so interesting to hear about how internships work in general, because they're not really a big thing in our country actually! I for example went to cosmetology high school and the only thing we actually had was sort of a practical part of the curiculum at a beauty salon, and even that we only had for a total of 2 months across 4 years of high school. I sadly didn't learn much there, as I was sweeping the floors, making coffee and waiting for the time to pass. However, you do get sort of like a "try-out period" when signing an employement contract, where either you or the "work giver" can decide to terminate the contract. Also, excuse my lack of proper terms in this comment, it's late and I've been working all day and my brain is kinda fried. 😅 But once again, great & interesting video Zoe! 💜

Don't wanna seem like I'm tooting my own horn, but I feel like my intelligence could be of better use elsewhere or maybe like working in a salon wouldn't be too stimulating for my brain, idk haha.
In Poland Interns working in EY are paid minimal wage with no paid overhours xD

Should international students apply to jobs where they say something like this, "open to individuals who are eligible for employment in the United States and who would not require visa sponsorship now or in the future." I'm confused because I am eligible for employment thanks to the CPT and OPT program. :) Thanks.
Unfortunately we would require visa sponsorship after the expiration of opt so we do need to click that option :((

It’s mostly Asian immigrants in US/UK. I’ve noticed that as well. Asians tend to be well learned in academics.
