The hate for this game is ridiculous and unjustified! I really enjoyed the two shift games back in the day. And I absolutely love this narrator from the first need for speed shift, he's fucking awesome!!!
Dude everyone liked this game it’s just the fans these days are not thankful. They keep saying the last game was actually better. They got a call of duty syndrome.
Yeah, I agree. Despite my difficulties on beating the races on hard difficulty, I still enjoy the game. Plus, why aren't many people talking about OST in the Shift series? They're freaking bangers, but only a few people remembered them (me included).
@@ketchupgracebackupyt4421 The fans these days that aren't thankful, THAT, I can agree! but this kind of syndrome was also applied in the late 2000's before Hot Pursuit and Shift.
@@KevinAbillGaming The OST is really cool, and I love the narrator in this game, its a joy to listen to, that I nearly got all of his voice clips uploaded!
You missed to showcase regional vs. regional competitions in tier 3 (example Japan vs. USA), endurance in tier 3, and Works vs. Supercar Championship in tier 4 intros.
There is something that's really off-putting. At 2:26, we can definitely see that there is a 2001 BMW M3 GTR E46 ALMS Race Car, the mentioned car, however, doesn't even exist in the game whatsoever.
it actually exist and is the M3 E46, but not the GT3 version which is actually a car that holds many victories of championships around the world, this one is just the common M3 E46 but with a body kit installed by Works tunning, like it happened to every car inside the game, the Corvette C6 for example which turns into the C6 Z06 with a Works body kit, if you take a closer look, the body kit by Works is different from the original body kit of the GT3 version, now the ALMS title belongs to the M3 E92 modified, even the Nissan 350 Z, the Ford GT, the Chevrolet Camaro, the Ford Mustang, the Nissan GTR R35, all of them received such changes that makes them similar to their GT2/GT3/NISMO Counterparts, but they actually aren't the same they just looks similar.
No, NFS Shift & ProStreet plot do not connect to each other. In this game, we play as ourselves, with the race engineer guiding us throughout the career.
This game still has good graphics.
Yes it does
Timeless
And a pretty good progression system.

Because people want a story , an antagonist like Most wanted for example.

they still receive a tunning job after all.
thats right @Yntsy, they put it as m3 gt2
@@renzolution22 even with this game being that old, i still remember such details, haven't played it in ages.
I was a precise driver in Shift. 👍
Look at 2:36; they call a Mazda RX-8 a "Honda".
trueee
Now I can't unsee it
I think they mistook it as an S2000 but they didn’t do anything about it and call it a day lol.
Imagine VTEC-powered RX-8. 😂🤣
Is this nfs after need for speed Pro street does the story continue for Ryan Cooper

No, but that's a nice headcanon
