Hi Christa, thank you so much for sharing this recipe!! Been asking around if anyone knows how to make coconut tart(thats what we call it in the Bahamas, we also have one we make with a latice on top version which I can make)😊 Anyhow, did you use the simple syrup/butter or both on turnovers in this video?

I would say just use your recipe for the coconut mixture but use 3 cups of coconut and adjust the other ingredients.
