I got to max level using this method, mostly without the aid of Saisetsu-shin's Sake. I know there are faster ways to farm Amrita, but this one is very easy and utilizes gear many players already have (Kingo's).
This is by far the best Nioh farming guide. Clear precise information, detailed tactics to use, and the funniest ending ever lol

I usually use Daiba-Washi for farming gear or cheesing bosses, but Mizuchi is better for amrita farming. Groundfire Traps work, but they're slow compared to guardian spirits.

Thanks. I've tried the ground traps, but they're much slower and can't compare to guardian spirits. Mizuchi also inflicts the water element on the enemy, making them even more squishy.

Yeah me too.Usually is fine but sometimes there's too much mess,like for example this guy with spear who immediately rise his ass from the ground before i even could reach him.And off course it takes much longer.So farming amrita with mizuchi is pure pleasure now haha.
The spear guy is the only wild card. It has to be some sort of bug that he can get up like the Terminator while EVERY other humoid doesn't. I treat him with extreme prejudice.

Yes. I haven't tried Night Rain myself, but I imagine the masters would end up blocking it. Might be wrong.
You can use duel swords' Sign of the Cross on them twice while they're down and if you're not strong enough to kill them with two SOTC, you can get the masters in a "knock-down loop" by hitting them square in the back with a SOTC, knocking them down over and over. You can also use the Katana's Lai Quickdraw once you knock them down and then hit them with a final blow, which usually kills them. I have another video doing Marobashi with a Lumber Chop build, but it uses Medusa Powder instead of Guardian Spirits. Groundfire Traps can also be utilized, but I find that they are too slow and risky. Thanks for the comment.
Hey Tony, I managed to soul match a bunch of kotes with 20 attack with my Kingo set. However, I am unable to get each piece of the Kingo Set to go up to 40. Also, I am unable to get my Kingo Set to get any type of 'close combat damage,' and 'attack from behind...'

I still haven't found a single piece of Kingos with no inheritable stat. I got like 6 gloves with inheritable attack waiting. Just waiting. BTW, why Kamui over Ishida Masamune?
Are you referring to Kingo's sword without an inheritable? For this video, the sword is equip solely to achieve the full set perks. I use the Kamui because it's strong and I just love the Odachi weapon class. I'm sure any Odachi would get the job done provided it has good stats on it. Thanks for the comment.
we do not need full set if we got the hardent to get item make it cost -1 gear but hard to get and helf time been puting out weeks of time to get it

Lol nice video, I'm only at level 180 how do I get plus 10 weapons, and is there anywhere else to farm amrita since I'm not strong enough to kill them as quick as I guy on level 40o can
Well I know how to make plus gear , my weapon is plus 3 but I cannot find any gear that will take it to the next level, where can I farm higher level gear?
In order to obtain higher level gear, you simply need to progress and beat each difficultly level. If you find yourself getting the same level stuff, you just need to keep progressing and soul-matching.

Amazing video how do you unlock these mission? I'm at level to 200 does it need to be in ng+?
It unlocks once you complete ALL the Dojo missions (plus the side missions where you fight one of the masters) and your mission completion bar reaches the last section.
Can you do this in New Game or only NG+? Also do any other GS have knock down besides Mizuchi? Would one that boosts Luck/Amrita gain be usable?
Sorry for the late reply. This can be done on every difficultly. The wind bird GS (sorry, can't remember the name) knocks down enemies too and also has a great equipment drop rate buff on top of that.
How do you access this mission? Im at level 113 and doing a level 150 mission so i need to farm !

Why i cant oneshot anybody, not Even half hp with single hit. Kingo set 6 pieces, same magic items, same strategy as everyone uses on videos. Way of The Strong and 289lvl.

Since I hit max level, I've been trying out new builds and upgrading all my gear. I don't need Amrita anymore, but I sure need gold and materials.
marobashi is the only place i been farming for gold and materials

Just do the same thing, but at a lower difficulty. I did this same method with the katana, duel swords, and odachi on every difficulty. It's a great way to get a head start on the next difficulty as it can be quite a rude awakening going onto the next game cycle with sub-optimal gear.
So how can I get plus 10 weapons???
To get +10 gear you must soulmatch a piece of +9 with another +9, all the way to +20.
Ok because I don't know how to get plus 10 weapons plus I need a plus 10 kurigami!

I haven't played the game in about two years, but I don't see why this still wouldn't work unless things have been patched.
Too bad I can't do the final mission to unlock quick casting :(

I'm assuming you are referring to the final dojo mission that unlocks the mystic arts? If you can't beat it now, just keep advancing and try completing it on Way of the Samurai to make it a breeze.
For me, the three Kelley clones are more daunting than Hundred Eyes. Use discord on him and he'll fall quickly. You can also drink that sake that protects against elemental effects.
how does it scale into way of nioh?
Last time I played, this method and all the other ones still worked just fine, provided you're powerful enough to kill the masters with final blows or other ultra powerful attacks (Lumberchop, Iai Quickdraw, ect.). Sorry for the late reply.

I took the screen shot of my stats after I hit 400. I used this build to grind out the last 100 levels and I'm certain someone could do this at level 200 or even lower if they stacked up enough damage.

I had some fun making this back then, but when I watch it now all I see are areas that could be improved upon.
Patch 1.13 fixed. Amrita ~ 4.000.000 witchout sake
You must have made an error, because I actually just took the time to check and without "Amrita-optimized" gear I still managed to make 21,379,000 by killing all six masters. So, this build is still godly for earning Amrita and as far as I can tell, none of the patches have effected its earning capabilities.
