Hi Gaz! at around 1:51 you said that the onion was making your eyes water. Cool tip: Don't cut the root part off. Just cut the onion normally but save the root end for last. It works wonders!
I would love to see you take your creations to the street and offer them to the public. It would be interesting to hear their thoughts, and then you can drop the V bomb on them and see what they say then (be prepared for "yeah it tastes good, but I best it costs lots to make it"). Are you planning on attending any vegan festivals as a vendor at some point? Our local community is trying to set something up, would you be interested in attending as a vendor/guest speaker?

Made this soup tonight, a pure fresh flavor and very easy to make, also oil free which is such a plus. I served mine with fried onions and pine nuts, figured I could afford the oil because there is none in the soup :). Thanks Gaz!
I made this soup for thanksgiving, I thought it was ok but every guest of mine loved it!! I think that I was probably too tired from spending all day cooking that I really could not appreciate much of the food cooked. But I am definitely glad that I made it.

I had a glut of tomatoes so was looking for some inspiration on how to use them. I havent used this recipe - but - I did take the suggestion of using lemon juice in a soup. Fab! Worked great and made such a difference - ty.

Use your scraps for broth. I put all my scraps in a bag in the freezer and keep adding to it until I get enough to simmer it for a beautiful veggie broth. zero waste.
A great use of the Cashews(no Nuts btw)! I regularly use them as a Cream substitute in Currys and i think it tastes way better then it would otherwise, amazing flavour! The Idea to use it as a Joghurt/Creme Fraiche substitute was news to me, thank u!
