감자전 갈아서 하는거 귀찮으시면 사장님처럼 채쳐서 부침가루 살짝넣고 파마산가루 조금넣고 섞어서 구워먹으면 편하고 식감있는 맛있는 감자전 됩니당 다들 맛있게드세요~
여기에 전분가루를 살짝 첨가하시면 더욱 바싹한 감자전이 됩니다^^ 오늘 감자전해야겠네요ㅋㅋ
저렇게 얇게하는건 집에서 잘 안될듯...ㅋㅋ
미국 해쉬브라운이죠! 치즈그레이터에 박박 갈아서 해도 충분히 맛있어요!
일단 한국 감자는 물에 담궈서 전분기를 빼야함
@@woobinlee98 구러게요 마트가면 해쉬브라운 비싸지도 않은데 구지 집에서 깍고 채처서 할필요가 있나 처음에 채처서 부칠때만해도 감자전인줄 알았는데 급냉하고 자르는거보구 해쉬브라운 생각했는데 튀기는거보구 왜 저러케해서 비싸게 팔이유가 있나 생각했는데 걍해쉬브라 싸게 팔짘ㅋㅋ 예전에 브렉퍼스트로 마니 머거눈데 베이컨 펜케익에 메이플시럽 해쉬브라운 스크렘블
