There is a church currently with a few hundred temples built and whose members wear garments.
Yes there is.
What do you say to those that believe the temple is now just the human body or the "church"?
Well, Jesus taught that our Body is the Temple of our Spirit. So that I truth.
Hebrews 13:8 "Jesus Christ the same yesterday, and to day, and for ever."
We can trust that the patterns he established in Old Testiment, continued in the New Testament, will continue today.

Jesus Christ only taught that our bodies are temple of God that we should take care of and keep clean. However, He doesn't say that there are no more literal temple to be built. He is only giving us a pattern on how we will treat our bodies so we can keep the Holy Ghost in us when we are out of the literal temples.
