    Been following you this past few months great videos Tim , if only I could just get this and stop relapsing I would be alot happier in my life , ATM my life is just in a dark dark hole and thinking there is noway out of this horrible feeling . I'm just so so weak and tired please if any one that is reading this keep me in your prayers thanks 🙏

    Hi Tim, I have been watching your videos for awhile. Today I noticed that your voice sounds much more relaxed than at other times. I am so glad you are with family and are keeping an eye on your sobriety supports. you are one of my inspirations. Stay strong and be brave!

    Thanks for sharing Tim. I stumbled on your video about wim hof method years ago and I never subscribe to people but I did for you. And I'm so glad I did! You're an inspiration to me and I wish you all the luck in this new stage of your life. You have absolutely got this!
