- During the defamation trial on Tuesday, Amber Heard's former Nurse Erin Falati testified on her professional experience with Heard. She spoke about meeting with Amber after the Australia incident, along with multiple other instances of her providing of services to Heard.
Also, Economic Damages Examiner Mike Spindler took the stand. He testified on the estimated income that Johnny Depp lost out on from Pirates 6.

She was given the op to get great MH help many can't afford and fight for. She laughed, went to Coachella, tripped out, threw up, flipped out over something and decided to just add that date to the list despite there being not a mark on her via pics and videos.

I've listened to videos of this trial ad nauseam and still have the same question. If Amber states that the op ed was NOT about Johnny being the perpetrator of domestic violence against her, then why did she and her attorneys spend 6 weeks alleging domestic violence by Johnny Depp toward Amber Heard?
Plus, the insurance to protect her and all the attorneys that went over her op-ed.

It is not up to a nurse to diagnose. It would be most reasonable for a nurse to take this position . As a nurse if I gave testimony to something that is a diagnosis , I'd be without a job within moments .
I think she may be a psych nurse
I believe she may be a "certified" nurse assistant and maybe even a "certified" chemical dependency counselor, which does not require a formal university degree. This person/"nurse" did not state any formal education at a college, nursing school or university for any Bachelor Degree in Nursing required for a Registered Nurse. She did state training in different employment environments. There is all levels of calling oneself a "nurse." Hope her testimony is helpful as far as not witnessing anything that A Heard claims.
To the people asking why is she saying "I can't recall"... it means that in health care if it wasn't notated, it didn't happen. Due to your license, you can only attest to what you wrote at the time as verifiable since you usually note that you asked a Q like "do you have any pain" and if none, write " ct denied pain" to reflect you did your duty enquiring if there was reason for concern... or if NOTHING is mentioned in notes then it means no new events (much like the police, they don't take pictures of non crime scenes otherwise would be there all day).
Bottom line- If it wasn't important enough to note, it wasn't important. This is vital for the fact no injuries reported for Amber on the way back from Australia ESPECIALLY in the wake of the brutal SA and beatings she alleged yesterday - ones that would require hospitalisation/surgery/stitches/wound care/skull + facial xrays/glass removal and put her near death quite frankly - not to mention require them to report to police due to the extent of the assaults. The lack of ANY mention in the nurse notes of these is VERY IMPORTANT in the context now of Amber's outlandish claims. Wait for cross for these notes to shine. Australia starts around 31:30

It's all in the notes. Heck, I can't remember what I ate last week. But if I kept a food journal, I could confirm what I ate on August 17, 2014 based on my journal entry, without recollection of it. I agree it is boring. I wish they'd just read us the entire folder of notes.

Nurse Erin's statement on not trained to examine "Hematoma" is very mind boggling. Being a nurse anytime you see a patient first thing you would do assessment based on what you see and noticed on a patient everytime patient comes in contact. Patient safety is first priority in nursing and assessment as well. She was able to write note but no assessment. Very confusing. 🤔 It may be pretty sure that AH forced to write her that in her note.

Yep. I'm just a Remedial Massage Therapist and we were trained to assess and avoid & work with hematomas.
Being in the medical field I also agree patient safety is priority and any visible suspicious markings should always be brought up to charge and noted.
Yes, I found her inability to recall even some basic details about certain incidents and events from 2015 and 2016 rather odd. If Amber had had a cut lip, you would imagine she would have had a more detailed entry about the incident. Perhaps, she didn't believe reason given to her by AH, so decided not to record it. Overall, felt her responses to certain questions were odd/ too short. If she has been working for both of them for such a long period, find it difficult to believe that she never witnessed or overheard any major arguments, especially if she was visiting quite frequently and staying for several hours at a time. Realise could be totally wrong, but at this point in time, feel something was off with her testimony.
I get that she was likely only specializing in psych, but I was embarrassed for her and her crap assessment. Nothing about location, size, no intervention, other than dont drink wine... shameful

We are mandated reporters for minors, the elderly and developmentally disabled. She was under no obligation to report this. What Amber needed was to be admitted to a psychiatric hospital for assessment and treatment. Thank God Johnny made it out alive.

When she worked for kipper all of her patients were super rich or celebrities….and no, Amber Heard was not an a list celebrity. Anyway, the nurses are there to just verify their notes are correct so that can be submitted into evidence. They are only there to verify notes.

I found it odd she didn't keep consistent notes and or have a good explanation for this. Standard practice for a RN visiting patients at home is to accurately note the visit (for their own safety and security and as that is part of the care being paid for). She was deliberately avoiding answering questions because they would throw a negative light on AH.

I'm a Physician. She's a nurse who has done things after. Unless she has a photographic memory, she goes off notes. That is why we have EPIC.
He is a father and a human being that provides her with this lavish lifestyle but doesn't want him to work or spend time with his/their children. She was a stepmother to his children and she made no effort to build that relationship
I think this "I don't recall" and don't "I remember the specifics" nurse has got to be the incompetent witnesses ever. Almost as bad as her friend Rocky.
OMG, the way Ms. Rottenborn cutted the second witness's answers short to be in his favor is upsetting me so much. This lawyer tried soooo hard to manipulate the answers is despicable.

This nurse had the weirdest smirk on her face during her testimony and it looked like she was not in her right mind. Not sure why no one commented on this as it was so noticeable up there on the big screen. Looked like she thought the whole thing was a joke and that she was being disrespectful of the process and what she was being asked to do.

Cross examination of JD’s camp is totally different from AH camp. JD’s camp is more calm, collected. The tone of their voice is not aggressive compare to Elaine and RottenBorn. I hope the jury would see this in likability side.

It can be like that sometimes. My father forced my mother to the ground and hit her repeatedly with his shoe in front of my brother and me when we were kids because he was drunk and thought that because she came home late from work she must have been cheating on him. She wasn’t. That night she took us to her folks’ for a few months and then we all returned home to my dad. My mother missed him, felt lonely, and wanted it to work. She still feels insecure. Cases like this should maybe not be determined by our hearts (especially when both are actors! And “who” they “really are” is so easily confused by the public) but by our heads. People "look guiltier" than others, while others may be more comfortable in public speaking for a million different reasons. Everything after the case - the sentencing, counseling, rehab, apologies, healing at home and professional accountability for both of them- regardless of who is the “most guilty” will require thinking with 100% of a hopeful heart.
