Norris was tried in 2016 and found not guilty. The evidence found at the scene did not match the ex-boyfriend. They are not sure whose DNA and fingerprints were left at the scene.

Its not 100% about race, he had broken up with the lady a month before the murder of the son that ended their relationship. They were trying to get him to open up but he wasn't the murderer.

the finger print didn't match, the DNA didn't match and he has strong alibi. it is either he can teleport or he didn't do it, if you go the conspiracy theory route he hire a hit-man but you can always trace the bank account for that unless he borrowed someone money but that sound tedious not to mention you need some serious backer(connection) and a lot planning need to be put. the police should expand the suspect circle not just limit it to nick alone and they know that it is not him based on evidence. her other ex. the deputy sheriff could be suspect too, now they try to put nick on other separate charge that is breaking restraining order. from what i can see it doesn't look good for nick especially when you are black in white majority neighborhood and the ex. the deputy sheriff are a likely suspect.
9 times out of 10 the killer is someone related to the victim in one way or another he also had motive. I highly doubt some random serial killer came along and killed the kid when Nick already wanted him out of the way too convenient. Also, Nick played the victim/rascism card. Judging from all this I'd say he's guilty.

Part 3: the Sherriff was also an ex & a suspect! He was angry Tandy left him for Nick!!! Tandy made affidavit about the sheriff about how she was afraid for her life & her kids! Nick filed a civil suit, the snowflake town indicted him based off him being an ex & working at the school. They’re is video where the cops held him & took his phone so that he couldn’t call his lawyer!! Nick was tried & found NOT GUILTY!!!!!!!! There was no evidence NONE that matched nick. They also took pics of the sheriffs body but only his arms & legs, no face or 🍆!! This case is unsolved! Nick has moved from harassment & the crooked cops who were mad this Jamaican took the pretty bartender are still crooked cops making cases! The one cop lied & said nick was injured & limping after the murder until video footage of a game shows him out walking the soccer team
I think it might be best to really look at who had the real motive. Someone who was dumped by the mother because she didn't personally want to continue or the guy who felt that the boy was the reason his mum dropped him. Not wanting to put my hand on the bible because none of us really knows the truth, I know who I would have suspected more. There is a strangulation which is a personal and angry way to kill someone . Nicj is also the one seen driving off after the boy the last time he is seen alive. May not prove murder but its a damn strong circumstantial case. Also the fact he was found innocent does not mean he is. Similarly there have been many people who were found guilty when they were innocent. This works both ways

They never actually mentioned where she was at the time of the murder. I thought parents were always the first suspects in children's homicides. The police didn't appear to question her at all about her whereabouts.

Idk... I do believe there is reason to suspect Nick, but not only him. The mother should be questioned as well, especially considering she didn't end the relationship for any reason other than her son's feelings towards Nick, so it doesn't seem like she was exactly happy about losing the relationship either. She also seems to be the only one (who personally knew Nick) that thinks he may be responsible, and even then, has little to show for it. I think the cops definitely drew conclusions based on his race, but it was not purely based on that. That just happened to be the factor that pushed them to believe he was guilty, before getting sufficient evidence or questioning other possible suspects. Either way, I completely disagree with them forcing him to strip down with so little evidence and no official interrogation done. Absolutely unacceptable and obviously done to humiliate him. This entire investigation seems sloppily executed to me.

If you mean John Jones it wasn't him either. At the time the cop was hearing footsteps inside Garrett's room Jones was caught on camera walking his dog on cctv. Racist cop yes but he couldn't have done it. Neither could Nick.

Discipline is a contentious thing in relationships especially when the children are not biological to one of the parents. But surely, this doesn't mean the other parent is a murderer. The police claim he was limping the day after the murder in the video at 3:15 but as you can see he’s not limping at all. When they strip searched him he had a small cut on his ankle...nothing major but they considered that proof that it had to be him. I don’t think Hillary did it

This case isnt about race. The police always are going to interview the ex if the crime happened so close to the breakup. The DA did not have evidence to charge Nick, much less convict him. Based on these vids, that is. I didn't see overt racism. The cops were jerks. It was never proven that anyone jumped from that window, only speculated, there were no foot impressions or tracks in the ground, remember it was raining so the ground had to be soft thus there should've been a divot or impressions in the ground.
In the other video they said that the 20 foot drop from the apartment window would have rendered the suspect injured...but the video footage of him 24 hours later showed him walking fine...this man did not do anything to that child...of course this man would have been investigated because of race...but the fervor that the department has to want to try and pin it on him is probably because of race or so he believes....there were 4 fingerprints recovered from the scene that don’t match his and he has not one but two alibis...

I think it might be best to really look at who had the real motive. Someone who was dumped by the mother because she didn't personally want to continue or the guy who felt that the boy was the reason his mum dropped him. Not wanting to put my hand on the bible because none of us really knows the truth, I know who I would have suspected more. There is a strangulation which is a personal and angry way to kill someone . Nicj is also the one seen driving off after the boy the last time he is seen alive. May not prove murder but its a damn strong circumstantial case. Also the fact he was found innocent does not mean he is. Similarly there have been many people who were found guilty when they were innocent. This works both ways

Idk... I do believe there is reason to suspect Nick, but not only him. The mother should be questioned as well, especially considering she didn't end the relationship for any reason other than her son's feelings towards Nick, so it doesn't seem like she was exactly happy about losing the relationship either. She also seems to be the only one (who personally knew Nick) that thinks he may be responsible, and even then, has little to show for it. I think the cops definitely drew conclusions based on his race, but it was not purely based on that. That just happened to be the factor that pushed them to believe he was guilty, before getting sufficient evidence or questioning other possible suspects. Either way, I completely disagree with them forcing him to strip down with so little evidence and no official interrogation done. Absolutely unacceptable and obviously done to humiliate him. This entire investigation seems sloppily executed to me.

The police claim he was limping the day after the murder in the video at 3:15 but as you can see he’s not limping at all. When they strip searched him he had a small cut on his ankle...nothing major but they considered that proof that it had to be him. I don’t think Hillary did it

Also, he could very well be innocent, but lying about the way the relationship ended and the bad relationship with the son isnt helping. In the other video they said that the 20 foot drop from the apartment window would have rendered the suspect injured...but the video footage of him 24 hours later showed him walking fine...this man did not do anything to that child...of course this man would have been investigated because of race...but the fervor that the department has to want to try and pin it on him is probably because of race or so he believes....there were 4 fingerprints recovered from the scene that don’t match his and he has not one but two alibis...
